In the relevant documents of the new generation of migrant workers' vocational skills upgrading plan in China from 2019 to 2022,local provinces are called on to increase investment in the construction of new generation migrant workers' vocational skills,and to set up the target task of quality and ability training.Since the reform and opening up forty years ago,under the rapidly developing economic environment,it has promoted the development of social productive forces,understood the demand for employment,continuously built the talent team,improved the speed of economic growth and completed the development of the country to provide strong talent support.The Harbin Municipal Government takes the training of the new generation of migrant workers as the focus of attention,through relevant training policies and continuous development of various forms of training Activities to promote the promotion of comprehensive quality and ability.By using the method of field investigation,this paper analyzes and obtains the relevant factors that affect the vocational skills training willingness of the new generation of migrant workers in Harbin,and puts forward reasonable countermeasures and suggestions for the main factors that affect the training willingness of the new generation of migrant workers in Harbin.This paper selects four regions in Harbin administrative division of Heilongjiang Province to carry out this investigation and research work,and selects the new generatio n of migrant workers from 16 to 40 years of age with typical representative areas as the research object.According to the contents of the questionnaire,the survey area is investigated.This survey uses the model of interview and questionnaire to study the regional Kazakhstan The training intention of the new generation of migrant workers in four investigated areas,including Songbei District,Xiangfang District,Binxian County and Shuangcheng C ity,was understood,275 valid questionnaires were obtained,a nd statistical analysis was carried out.After the investigation,according to the relevant data obtained from the survey,after removing a series of insignificant factors and factors that are not easy to count,the selected variables are assigned and explained.Then the binary regression model is established Logistic carry out statistics and analysis.Finally,seven factors have significant influence on the vocational skills training willingness of the new generation migrant workers in Harbin.Combined wit h Harbin The problems in the vocational skills training of the new generation of migrant workers in the city,such as propaganda of training policy,lack of effective training content and training methods,training funds and subsidy investment mechanism is not perfect.Through the analysis of the problems and the results of the model operation,this paper puts forward that Harbin can refer to and carry out multi-level propaganda activities when formulating the policy on vocational skills training,and perfect the contents and methods of the new generation of migrant workers' vocational skills training.
