Research On The Current Situation Of The Promotion Of Campus Activities In Shanxi Province

Cheerleading, a kind of new sport of special glamour:healthy-leading, fashionable, has got the favor of the people in many countries in a short time. It play an important role in the development of physical and mental health of youth and campus culture construction as well. For the further implementation of the advice of the central committee of the communist party of China under the state council about strengthening the youth sports and improve youth physical fitness, and achieve the goal of carrying out football class and cheerleading in every school. The cheerleading committee of provinces and cities are consigned by the ministry of education body and health department and the state general administration of sports gymnastics management center, hosting the large-scale public welfare cheerleading activities named "Send to the grassroots culture". This lay the foundation for introduce cheerleading to campus.Under the support of the state policies, Shan Xi province spare every efforts to publicize cheerleading.Using the methodologies of document, experts-interview, logic inference and statistical analysis, this thesis make a comprehensive analysis on the development status of cheerleading in Shanxi campus, and analyzes the problems existing in campus activity of cheerleading, and puts forward some corresponding countermeasures and suggestions, so as to produce positive proof and relevant reference for the development in Shanxi. The research achievement shows that:(1)The cheerleading committee of Shan Xi province is mainly responsible for the campus activity of cheerleading. Since the development of cheerleading in Shanxi Province is still in the primary phase, supervisory structure and managerial systems remain to be imperfect.(2)In response to the country called for send to the grassroots culture in cheerleading. Shan Xi province have trained 2000 cheerleading teachers in the direct or indirect ways. This provided faculty for the introduction of cheerleading to campus. But cheerleading training time too short too learn many contents. And many teachers' ability is limited and their professional skill is week.(3)Due to the short time of cheerleading entering our country, the existing theoretical system of cheerleading is far from perfection and video resources is still limited.(4)Cheerleading course, big break, club, competition and show are the major popularization forms in campus.(5)Unbalanced development between university and middle & primary schools:It has been years since cheerleading entered university, while middle & primary schools still in the starting stage.The supervisory structure and managerial systems remain to be imperfect. And the popularization of cheerleading has been severely affected by the lack of funds, teaching skills and teaching resources. Also there is uneven development in various regions.The countermeasures for the popularization of campus cheerleading are:Perfecting managerial systems, to make sure each member has his responsibilities and perform his duty. Higher concerning of leaders at all level, Collect fund in various ways. Improve the teaching force and teaching skills. Perfect cheerleading theoretical system, and promote cheerleading develop faster. Step up publicity efforts to broaden the marketing channel. Establish competition system for cheerleading and hold all kinds of cheerleading competition.
