Research On The Evolution And Development Strategy Of National Cheerleading Routin

As a competitive sport,cheerleading highlights team spirit,enhances cohesiveness and enriches campus culture,which is popular for the majority of young people.In order to further promote and popularize the cheerleading program,the National Cheerleading routines have come into being.The scientific research and development of Cheerleading popularizing routine is related to the healthy and sustainable development of cheerleading.This article through the literature,video analysis,expert interviews,mathematical statistics and other research methods,explore the evolution and development trend of National Cheerleading routines,and put forward the corresponding development countermeasures,In order to provide reference for the development of the National Cheerleading routines in the future.Consulted the following conelusions:(1)Since 2011,A total of five sets of National Cheerleading set routines are popularized.They are the first set of National Cheerleading routine and Second set of National Cheerleading routine and first set of campus cheerleading demonstration routine and Second set of campus cheerleading demonstration routine and 2016 edition of the National Cheerleading action;It has experienced three stages of historical evolution: the initial stage(2011-2013 years),the standard development stage(2014-2015 years)and the rapid development stage(from 2016 to the present).(2)The content and grouping of National Cheerleading routines are different.Each of them contains dance cheerleading.Only the first set of rules and 2016 rules contain cheerleading skills;There are three changes in the grouping from the initial grouping to the school system and then to the present age group.(3)The National Cheerleading routines Dance cheerleading movement overall difficulty is higher than the campus cheerleading demonstration routines.Only the 2016 edition of the National Cheerleading action bouquet cheerleading and jazz cheerleading contains difficulty,There are few difficult movements in the street dance cheerleading.In coordination with the lifts,lifts the proportion of more than with the action,and lifts to lift collective type;The combination of dance cheerleading and the combination of action and level action showed a trend of gradual increase,and the percentage of comparison movement combinations was greater than the percentage of level action combinations;The complexity of the physical direction in the campus demonstration is lower than first set of National Cheerleading routine and econd set of National Cheerleading routine 2016 edition of the National Cheerleading action;first set of National Cheerleading routine formation transformation times are higher than Second set of National Cheerleading routine,first set of campus cheerleading demonstration routine has no formation transformation,After the first set of campus cheerleading demonstration routine,the number of formation change times of Cheerleading routines increased.(4)Dance cheerleading more emphasis on the consistency and overall effect of the action,the skill of Cheerleading more emphasis on the difficulty and technical skills.National Cheerleading routines Cheerleading skills with the level of cheerleading,with the increase of the level,the difficulty of increasing,each level of the movement frequency difference.(5)Most of the National Cheerleading routines of music are used in foreign music,Most of the music in the dance cheerleading uses a piece of music and is made into a complete set of sounds through the music clips;The skill cheerleading is more than three pieces of music made into a complete set of action music.National Cheerleading routines Dance cheerleading demonstrator’s dress color and style have changed differently,bouquet from big to small;There is little change in the skill of Cheerleading shoes and clothes.(6)The development trend of the national la-la mode is: the development of innovation is the main theme of the development of the whole country.The innovation is more scientific,adaptive and artistic.The content is richer,the style is more diversified;Enrich the campus culture and serve the masses better.(7)The development strategy of the National Cheerleading rules includes insisting on innovation and development,promoting the rapid development of the project,increasing the investment,ensuring the scientific nature of the action creation,perfecting the competition system,promoting the balance of regional development,innovating the training mode of teachers and improving the quality of the four aspects.
