Research On The Promotion And Development Strategy Of School Cheerleading In Shaanxi Province

Campus Cheerleading a unique and charming popular among students and applicable to the school’s widely launched new sports projects.In order to promote the promotion and development of the campus cheerleading in Shaanxi Province,in response to General Secretary Xi Jinping’s 19 report meeting,the development of sports industry and sports in China will tend to the policy of "carrying out nationwide fitness activities and speeding up the construction of sports power".Shaanxi Province Cheerleading Committee will vigorously promote and develop campus cheerleading.In this paper,44 cheerleading experiments and demonstration schools in Shaanxi Province,as well as 36 intramural cheerleading clubs,by means of literature review,expert interview,data statistics and logical analysis,the main factors influencing the popularization and development of campus cheerleading in Shaanxi Province are found out,and the corresponding strategies are given according to the present situation and the influencing factors.In order to build Shaanxi Province campus cheerleading characteristics development model,the results show that:At present,there are 4 factors influencing the promotion and development of the campus cheerleading in Shaanxi Province,that is,the importance and cooperation factors of the relevant departments,the coaches training system,the form and means of publicity,and the organization and management factors of the competition.The promotion and development of the campus cheerleading in Shaanxi province should strengthen the importance of each leading department,optimize the form of organization and management,increase the social business cooperation,perfect the training system,innovate the training mode,enlarge the training scope,perfect the media propaganda way,guide the competition standard,and hold the big competitions.In order to further promote the Shaanxi Province campus cheerleading and development.
