Land upper limb and other momentum training is an important part of professional swimming training.The main purpose of this paper is to study its training methods.This study has far-reaching significance for the improvement of swimmers' performance.To adopt more scientific and specialized training research is to improve swimmers' performance.Guarantee.In this study,12 swimmers of Guizhou Swimming Team in preparation for the 13 th National Games in 2017 were studied by means of experiment,literature and mathematical analysis.The following conclusions are drawn:1.The maximum pulling force of the experimental group increased significantly before and after treatment.2.The maximum pull power of the experimental group was significantly increased before and after treatment.3.There are significant differences in blood lactic acid values between the experimental group and the control group.4.The performance of the experimental group has been improved obviously before and after training.5.There was no significant difference in the maximum pulling force,maximum pulling power,blood lactic acid and sports performance between the control group and the control group.Based on the conclusions,the following suggestions are put forward:1.Isokinetic equipment for land upper limb special strength training,especially in backstroke special strength training,because the trunk is too stable,so it is differentfrom water special strength training.It is suggested that foot be placed on Swiss ball for training.2.In the blood lactic acid test,because there are many subjects,all athletes can not collect data at the same time,so maybe there is some deviation in the data.It is suggested to prepare two assistants,so that the data can be collected more accurately immediately.3.When carrying out the maximum strength test,we must do enough preparatory activities in the early stage of the test to avoid the occurrence of injuries and the effectiveness of the test results.4.When testing the power of the maximum strength,the preparation activities must also be fully done.It is suggested that water and land should be combined,first water and then land,and then the test should be carried out.At the end of the test,attention should be paid to muscle relaxation.
