Recent years, more and more resources are being integrated and utilized in teaching with the spread and support of information technology. At the same time, a large number of Net-Course emerged with the improvement in people's conception and the diversification of resources, which makes resources opening and sharing.In 2012, the year of MOOCs, numerous interior universities have speed up the development of informatization and joined the MOOC project under the impact of the international MOOC, such as Edx, Coursera and Udacity, and a series of online courses were opened in the domestic at the same time. Apart from, informationalized reform was carrying on in universities with support of the MOE, including construction of platform, mixed teaching or flip course.Therefore, how to combine E-learning and face-to-face teaching perfectly with the help of network platform to improve the teaching quality of education, how to integrate traditional assessment and Net-Course evaluation effectively to evaluate students with an objective, comprehensive and developmental process, is all the concern of scholars, namely the'Post-MOOC Era'. In order to explore the methods which intergrated the online learning with face-to-face teaching deeply, evaluate students systematicaly using curriculum resources platform, improve the situation that learning evaluation system is ignored in network course learning, enhance the application effect of students'learning evaluation system in curriculum resources platform, explore evaluation strategies for students learning using blended learning mode under the background of informatization teaching. This study provided practical foundation for further reform on physical chemistry and offered reference for comprehensive and objective evaluation on students in the SPOC with the literature research, case analysis, questionnaire survey and actual course.In this study, in order to know the evaluation system, the Coursera, the Chinese university of MOOC, High-quality Resource Sharing Course, Online School, Blackboard teaching platform were experienced by researcher. Moreover, the evaluation svstems were compared comorehensivelv by asking the teacher the course evaluation system design. On basis,5 features of the current online course evaluation system was summed up, as following:(1) The learners as the center; (2) Improve learning effect as the orientation; (3) Assist the teachers'teaching as the way; (4) Process evaluation as the principles; (5) Multiple evaluation as the means. At the same time, under the guidance of the humanistic learning theory, constructivism learning theory, blended learning theory and multiple intelligences theory, the characteristic SPOC blended learning mode and evaluation system was designed and practiced in SNNU physical chemistry course with the aid of advantages of each evaluation system of the platforms. Meanwhile, the research compared and analyzed the study effect, implemented an electronic questionnaire. Research has shown:one hand, learning and assessment in SPOC blended mode could combines the network learning and classroom teaching effectively, students are more prefer, more cooperative, more consciously to learn; on the other hand, the teacher's guidance and the students' subjectivity can play very well, and study effect is more obviously than traditional mode, In addition, operating SPOC blended learning and assessment in the university course under the background of informatization teaching, is easy, effectual and more conducive for the development of students multidimensional abilities. This mode pays attention to each student, emphasizes the participation by themselves, enhances the course completion rate, promotes the realization of school and subject value.Finally, the current problems of Net-Course learning evaluation system and suggestion was discussed in this paper, aimed at providing a reference for our country network learning evaluation system and network course teaching.
