Ministry of Education of the People's Republic of China issued standards of high school physics curriculum (experimental) and gave a series of evaluation suggestions in 2003. A new round of curriculum reform started implementing among high schools in the autumn of 2004, and one of its task was to rebuild the school management system and evaluation system. Ministry of Education of the People's Republic of China issued the national long-term and medium-term education reform and development plan (2010-2020) in 2010, who suggested that established scientific evaluation system of the education quality and implemented high school proficiency test and comprehensive quality assessment. Therefore, our country take importance in reforming and refining evaluation system.Physics is a subject, which is based on its experiments. Physicists discover or correct some laws and theorems by experiments. As a part of physics evaluation, the learning evaluation of physics experiments helps teachers improve their teaching process of physics experiments and helps students improve their experiments skills. So, it is time that we study the learning evaluation of physics experiments.According to what have analyzed, the contents and methods in this paper are as followed:(1) We analyze the questions types, scores, contents, knowledge types, experiment types of 10 samples by the method of content analysis, which are from the college entrance examination (2006-2015). We investigate 248 high school students by questionnaire survey and interview 23 teachers and analyze one lesson which is the best lesson of Gansu province.(2) In order to provide available evaluation tools for teachers and provide self-reflection proofs for students, we use the theories of developmental evaluation and multi-evaluation, Bloom's taxonomy of education objectives, the advantages of experiments evaluation at home and abroad, targets decomposition method and build the learning evaluation indexes system of physics experiments. Then we use paired comparison method to get each index's weight.(3) We amend the additions, deletions, formulation and weight of the learning evaluation indexes svstem by asking for advice from experienced teachers to refine them. We use the SPSS to measure their reliability by using the evaluation indexes system of delving experiments and verifying experiments.We draw some conclusions by intensive study:(1) The physics experiments are classified four types:measuring experiments, verifying experiments, delving experiments, applying experiments.(2) The college entrance examination can't reflect the student's physics experiments level truly and roundly. There is a nonstandard evaluation and evaluation contents are exercises. The evaluation form is exam. The valuators are teachers who don't have evaluation tools.(3) We build the evaluation indexes of measuring experiments, the evaluation indexes of verifying experiments, the evaluation indexes of delving experiments, the evaluation indexes of applying experiments. Each evaluation index is refines to third-class index and get its weight.The innovations of this paper are as followed:(1) We build purposefully four kind of the learning evaluation indexes system according to four physics experiments types;(2) Based on Bloom's taxonomy of education objectives, we rebuild the third-class indexes which have the characteristics of physics experiments creatively;(3) The learning evaluation indexes system attaches importance to developmental evaluation, multi-evaluation, qualitative evaluation and quantitative evaluation.
