Parent Committee Participates In The Survey Of The Status Quo Of School Management

Family education and school education is the most important in students'development of two kinds of education,in order to promote the benign development of the student body and mind,family education and school education must be the organic coordination and parents to participate in the management of the school education teaching through the parents committee established,parents with school education teaching,at the same time,supervise school for elementary education.However,the present situation of the current parents to participate in the school education management is less parental involvement,parents don't know about the school management system,know very little about school to carry out teaching activities and teaching progress,ultimately difficult to good cooperate with school education teaching work,is not conducive to home school formed a unified management.In order to improve the parents seldom participate in the school education management present situation,the author for parents to participate in school management question has carried on the deep discussion,and put forward effective countermeasures.This article uses the scientific and accurate term to interpret "school management","management","parents to participate in primary school management","parents committee" and so on the related concepts,let the society more understand the parents committee to participate in school management of knowledge.At the same time,from the education management,education ecology,politics tripartite facing parents to participate in school management theory analysis,reflect the necessity of modern school management,through the reasonable design content of the questionnaire on the problem of the elementary school higher grades students honesty,and conduct field investigations,a better understanding of knowledge and attitude of parents to participate in school management,the analysis of the factors affecting their participation,formulate effective measures,improve the parents to participate in the initiative,improve the work quality of school education and teaching.In this paper,with a primary school in Dalian as an example,through the investigation and interview to understand the present situation of the parents committee to participate in school management.Results show that the school of the parents surveyed committee is not yet mature,parents to participate in the parents committee is indirect,the parents committee,in the form of function is unclear.To this,this paper puts forward the improvement measures:parents should participate in school management consciousness,the parents committee should specification as soon as possible,parents in the form of direct participation in the parents committee.
