| With the rapid development of information technology, traditional education is facing great challenges and opportunities. Facing to the increasingly fierce international competition, China have fully affirmed the importance of information technology education in the cultivation of innovative talents and the improvement of the national quality. Under the background of the transformation of education, the flipped classroom,as a new teaching model, came into being. Flipped classroom put knowledge-transference outside the classroom, providing more time for teacher-students interaction in the classroom. At the present stage, the enthusiasm of domestic and foreign scholars on the flipped classroom is rising. However, the teaching efficiency of the flipped classroom is uneven, and the research based on the teacher-students interaction is not only too little, but also lack of systematic and empirical.Based on this, this study through the method of documentary to determine the scientific and feasible classification of teacher-students. Based on this, design the teaching model of the flipped classroom; through a quasi-experimental research,combined with the specific course content to put the teaching model of flipped classroom into implementation,designed to explore the effect of learning; in order to have a deep knowledge of the views and attitudes of teachers and students, it’s necessary to do a questionnaire survey,interviews and classroom observation records. The purpose of this study is to provide some reference for the practice of teacher-students interaction in the flipped classroom, to further improve the flipped classroom, and to provide new ideas for the educational informationization.This paper is divided into five parts: introduction, research review, design and implementation of teaching model, data analysis and conclusions, summary and outlook.The first part is the introduction, which explains the background, the questions, the content and significance, the mentality and method. The part of research review combs the research status of flipped classroom, teacher-students interaction at home and abroad, to determine the classification of interaction between teachers and students: teacher-oriented, student-oriented and the double-chief, which basing on the authority of the dominant position.Depending on this classification, design the teaching model of flipped classroom. The implementation part: taking the course of" theory and practice of learning and teaching"as an example, to implement the flipped classroom teaching mode based on the teacher-students interaction. Study on the differences of learning effects brought by different flipped classroom teaching mode based on the interaction between teacher and students.After the implementation of the course, do a questionnaire survey and interviews to students,in order to gain insight into the views of students. Have a in-depth talk with teacher, sum up the advantages and disadvantages of the flipped classroom teaching model.In the end, this paper carries on the critical thinking, summarizes the innovation points and defects, and looks forward to the follow-up research.Research shows that the learning effect of teacher-oriented flipped classroom teaching mode is best, which is not only can effectively promote the construction of knowledge and ability of students to generate, but also is one of the students favorite flipped classroom teaching mode .The flipped classroom based on double-chief teacher-students interaction,which also gets the favor of the students due to the organization and summarize of the teacher. In contrast, both the learning effect and the attitude of the students, the student-oriented flipped classroom is the most inefficient teaching model. This study has some guiding significance for perfection and improvement of the flipped classroom teaching model based on the teacher-students interaction. |
