Martial arts are the excellent national traditional sports project in China, with the continuous development of society has become an important international cultural exchanges and cooperation. But with the Olympic spirit in the world, western severely hinder the development of martial arts in China. Modern society people pursuit of things require scientific and rationalization. Martial arts in the current society's healthy and comprehensive development must be more scientific, rationalization. This requires changes to the martial arts training to practice body function has an obvious performance or certificate, and any information and literature research in martial arts training function to human body health aspects, such as how to change is not an accurate statement. So the study of martial arts fitness related indicators and development appears especially important.Research purposes:This study in Shaanxi normal university, northwest university, xi'an institute of physical education of 30 martial arts professional college students and 30 normal college students as the research object, the physical strength, joint stretch and anaerobic endurance index test analysis, aims to study martial arts movement of the body movement and energy metabolism system is analyzed, the influence of the sports training and physiology in data to analyze the impact of martial arts training on body function, for martial arts theory and provide scientific and effective data support the development of martial arts.Research methods:This study large-scale instrument laboratory of Shaanxi normal university as the main test site, experimental apparatus main oxygen power cycling, is kinetic muscle strength tester, joint stretch tester. Strength test method is:use of is kinetic muscle strength testing system of the subjects around shoulder joint, knee joint flexor and extensor radial shrinkage method is used to 60 °/SEC,180° 240°/ SEC/SEC, testing, test indicators for peak torque (MT), maximum power (MW), the total energy (TW).Joint stretch test method is:use joint stretch tester to test subjects shoulder, waist, hip and ankle. Anaerobic endurance test method is:the Wingate anaerobic experiments of three groups of 10 s of all subjects respectively on anaerobic capacity test. Test indicators for:maximum anaerobic power, average power, the power of time.Research results:The experimental group (martial arts college students) students shoulder joint and knee flexor and extensor groups in 60°,180 °,240° at the time of the peak torque value (MT), maximum power (MW), the total energy (TW) values were significantly higher than that of control group (p< 0.05, p< 0.01), the man in college students in the same group PT value than female college students (p< 0.01).In joint stretch test results, the experimental group stretch values to each joint is better than the control group each joint stretch value (p< 0.01, p< 0.05). Which two groups of male and female college students of the back and ankle stretch have differences, but no significant difference (p< 0.05).But the shoulder and hip stretch values compared with significant difference (p< 0.01). Anaerobic capacity of the test result is; the martial arts professional male, the female college students' maximum power, average power, maximum power time compared with the ordinary students have significant difference (p< 0.1), group male college students average power, maximum power, maximum power time is higher than female students (p< 0.01).Research conclusions:1,The martial arts professional college students' maximum muscle strength, muscle power and muscle endurance is significantly greater than ordinary professional college students, from the left shoulder joint and knee joint muscle strength is significantly higher than the ordinary students can see martial arts training to improve the body's muscle strength has significant effect.2, The extension of the body joints, although has the congenital optimal is poor, but after martial arts training to improve the body stretch of each joint, especially for the shoulder and hip flexibility.3, Martial arts college students average power value, maximum power value, to achieve maximum power time is better than the ordinary college students, shows that WuShu training can effectively improve the ability of the body without oxygen.4, From former student body tests index case, you can see that although the weight of students in anaerobic ability test the average power and the maximum power can improve somewhat, but not to achieve maximum power time shortened, that martial arts training to improve the anaerobic ability has positive significance.
