However, in recent years, the news media about the children suffered a vicious punishment in schools or events reported from time to time will appear in the public eye, again and again to schools and teachers pushed to the cusp of public opinion and moral justice. Therefore, this paper tries to analysis to micro power theory and inter subjectivity theory as the theoretical basis, theory of micro power by reason of teachers' classroom cold violence is. Eventually, to inter subjectivity theory as the value of the research point.Again, analysis of the current situation of comprehensive analysis of teacher cold violence, mainly according to their classroom observation and the interview results were analyzed. Due to the observation time, the theory of knowledge and ability is limited, the situation may not be so deep, there are a lot of problems need to dig deeper.Then, using the theory of micro power to analyze the causes of the teacher's classroom cold violence. This paper start from expound from the perspective of power and interests, field, symbols and strategies etc.Finally, from the aspect of the relationship between teachers and students of the theory of inter subjectivity make reflection and transcendence, achieve transcendence and reconstruction of the wrong idea of cold violence in classroom teachers, further proposed to reduce and prevent cold violence is proposed.
