Since the reform and opening up,China's economy has developed rapidly and the level of urbanization has continuously improved. At the same time, the pace of social transformation has accelerated and social problems have intensified. In the context of urbanization and social transformation, the family as the basic organizational form of society has been affected. These shocks cannot be digested and resolved within a certain period of time and thus become a family conflict. The accumulation of family conflicts may lead to an increase in domestic violence.Among them, the problem of cold violence in the family has become increasingly apparent and is developing into the most important trend of domestic violence.Studying family cold violence has theoretical significance. In the predecessors' research, there are few studies on the development process and stage of family cold violence. It is important to study family cold violence to understand the development mechanism of cold violence,to further understand the development process of cold violence and to deeply explain the causes of family cold violence.Theoretical significance. At the same time,it is practical to study family cold violence. The relationship between family and society is inseparable.Family cold violence not only affects the family atmosphere, but also harms the social morality and laws and regulations.Family cold violence can also be seen as an anomie that occurs in the family field, which not only affects family harmony, but also harms the overall quality of individuals. The data collection methods used by the Institute are mainly literature and interview methods, and the data analysis method used is process event analysis. The study regards family cold violence as a family conflict in the context of micro-interaction,using Habermas's theory of communicative action;when analyzing the performance, characteristics and results of each stage of the development of family cold violence,it draws on Luo.Bins's five-stage theoretical framework for conflict development. From the perspective of targeted development of the complete development stage of family cold violence, the study believes that there are three main steps in the development of family cold violence. The first is the early stage of development, which is a precursor to the development of cold violence. The main manifestation is the high temperature and conflict of family interaction.Individual variables and resource differences are likely to form potential oppositions, and potential oppositions will generate competition intentions. If the power struggle behind the competition intentions is not resolved,it will easily lead to cold violence entering the middle stage. The second is the mid-stage of development, which is a period of cold violence development, mainly characterized by the low temperature and confrontation of family interaction. The reduction of communication and the survival of the struggle tend to form low-temperature interactions.Low-temperature interactions will produce a sense of confrontation. If the negative interaction behind the intention is not improved,it will easily lead to the cold violence entering the later stage. The third is the later stage of development, which is the period of cold violence formation. The main manifestation is the ice and laissez-faire of family interaction.Communication stagnation and relationship breaks tend to form a icy state, and the icy state will produce an arbitrary direction, behind which cold violence is caused by inaction.
