With the continuous advancement and development of social civilization,people’s awareness of legal system and human rights has become more profound than ever before.In the field of education,it is reflected in the renewal and development of educational ideas,and the process of legalization in the field of education is continuously promoted through promulgation and implementation of relevant laws and regulations in the field of education.In recent years,the news media and the public’s eyes to the attention of education disciplinary problems is also increased significantly,while the new curriculum reform,teachers undertake to the student in terms of the phenomenon of corporal punishment,compared with the past has a big reduce,but reports of student’s excessive penalties for also often appear in the eyes of the public,the school and the teacher to the forefront.Based on this situation,administrative departments at all levels did not sit idly by to formulate and implement some relevant laws and regulations,which explicitly prohibited schools and teachers from corporal punishment of students.But in the actual classroom teaching,examination-oriented education is still dominate the classroom,teachers to improve student achievement of a single goal,often in a more covert cold violence instead of explicit corporal punishment,but the cold violence has education significance,is the harm that it will give students corporal punishment.Through the observation of the class of A middle school in Tangshan,it is found that teachers’ cold violence in the middle school classroom often happens.By using student questionnaires and in-depth interviews with teachers and combing the survey data,it is not difficult to find that this kind of cold violence will affect the establishment of healthy and harmonious teacher-student relationship,and the individual development of students and the professional development of teachers will be affected to some extent.Due to the teacher’s classroom cold violence research will not open around the relationship between teachers and students and two teachers and students the main body,so the use of micro power theory and the theory of intersubjectivity and relevant education,further analyzes the reasons of teachers’ classroom cold violence,and according to the causes social education environment,teachers,and students from the school four aspects put forward relative from school administrators,teachers,social environment and students four aspects put forward the proposal,intended to promote the relationship between teachers and students toward the direction of mutual respect and understanding.The first chapter is the introduction,which mainly explains the reason and purpose of studying the problem of teachers’ cold violence in middle school,as well as the theoretical and practical significance of studying the problem of cold violence,reviews the relevant literature at home and abroad,and clarifies the theoretical basis and research methods.The second chapter for the teacher classroom cold violence related definition of scientific definition,for some easily confused concepts(such as:cold violence and hot violence;To distinguish and analyze teacher cold violence and education cold treatment,and to clarify the manifestations of teacher cold violence in class,and then to lay a foundation for the definition of the core concept.The third chapter,according to the classroom observation,students’ questionnaire and teachers’ interview results,collates these survey data,and then analyzes the current situation of teachers’ classroom cold violence.The fourth chapter mainly from the school,teachers,social education environment and students four points of view to make a concrete explanation and analysis of teachers’ classroom cold violence.Based on the micro power theory,teachers and students are the important subjects of power.Therefore,the micro power theory is mainly used to analyze and judge the teachers and students,and explain the reasons behind the classroom cold violence of teachers.Finally,based on the previous chapter to examine and criticize the causes of teachers’ classroom cold violence,so as to put forward the elimination and prevention of teachers’ classroom cold violence with constructive countermeasures.
