With the development of social economy and culture,people pay more and more attention to the influence of preschool education on children's physicaland mental development.The introduction of male teachers in kindergarten has also become a hot topic in the society.However,the kindergarten male teachers "difficultly introduce" and "can't stay" is part of the difficulties faced by the kindergarten.There are economic factors,but also cultural factors.It is an effective way to explore the professional identity of male kindergarten teachers.This study consists of three parts.In the first part,the author analyzes the connotation of male kindergarten teachers' professional identity,and finds that the professional identity of male kindergarten teachers can be studied on two levels:social and personal identification.Therefore,the theoretical basis of this study is social identity theory and needs hierarchy theory.The second part is the practical exploration of the conflict of male teachers' professional identity.This part takes two metaphors of male fine: "male aunt" and "Panda" as a starting point,the researchers from the micro level and macro level social conflicts of the kindergarten,male teachers encountered were discussed and analyzed.First of all,the society has a "negative" and "negative" evaluation of kindergarten teachers,and the requirements of traditional gender culture on male identity are contrary to the "feminization" of kindergarten teachers.Male teachers suffered from the loss of traditional culture and their professional orientation.Secondly,kindergarten teacher society is characterized by strong "feminization".Whether it is the daily teaching work and management of teachers,among them,male "strayed" personal discourse is institutional discourse covered by the experts and scholars,the advantage of discourse dominated,male teachers in the kindergarten became the "marginal people".The third part,based on social identity theory,analyzes the professional identity of male teachers in different periods,as well as the origin of their sense of belonging and self-esteem.In different periods of his career,male teachers' professional identity has the distinction between teachers,kindergarten teachers and male teachers.The fourth part,based on thehierarchy of needs theory,focuses on the changes in the needs of male teachers in different career stages,as well as the intensity of belonging self-esteem.The researchers found that male teachers' identification of themselves was a dynamic ladder development.In the period of career adjustment,the advantages of male kindergarten teachers need attribution and self-esteem,which turn to work motivation.According to its advantages,it can be divided into the living,the professional and the distinguished.The fifth part is the conclusion of the study,the male teachers occupation identity of social and individual level exploration,researchers propose that male teachers occupation identity in different occupation career stages: teachers,kindergarten teachers,male teachers recognition results,identity is the key to a sense of belonging and self esteem,thus meet the male teachers occupation identity from the "extrinsic" to "endogenous" process,the researchers proposed male teachers occupation identity "top" model.
