Physical education teaching is an important part of secondary education,the new curriculum reform has put the reform of physical education teaching objectives in the first place.Physical education teaching as an important part of school education should be its unique educational environment,educational methods,educational rules and effect,to play its special role in educating people.Under the background of the new era,to enhance students' physical fitness,to adapt to the physical and mental development of students,to cultivate the idea of lifelong physical education has become the direction of in-depth study of sports workersSports volleyball as one of the three major sports,is our country to carry out sports major projects,most of the schools of our country have carried out the course of volleyball,but at present,due to the unique characteristics of volleyball skills and tactics lead to teaching is often boring,coupled with our traditional teaching model has comparable mechanical single,no interest,is easy to cause the students to produce resistance to exhaust the psychological and emotional,which weakens the interest in learning,reduce the learning efficiency,to a large extent on for the popularity of volleyball movement development and caused some obstacles.This article through the literature material method,expert interview method,questionnaire survey method,teaching experiment,mathematical statistics and other methods,the numerous volleyball game made to collect,summarize and finishing system of classification,toiddle schools in Heze facilitate the teachers and use of inquiry.In the experimental teaching of mSan Tong two classes as the experimental object,in the teaching content;teaching hours,teaching schedule,venues and facilities are consistent,the experimental class using the game teaching method,is teaching in all aspects of the right to join the game,the control class using traditional teaching methods,teaching before and after the experiment for the two class students' height and weight,50 meter run,solid ball,volleyball,vital capacity and standing long jump pass skills test,three classes were randomly selected after the subjective feeling of exercise(RPE)survey,the survey results through horizontal and vertical comparison of advantages and disadvantages,so as to find out the game and the traditional teaching teaching,the results show that the use of game teaching in volleyball teaching easier for students to accept from the heart,which can not only guarantee the movement The effectiveness of the exercise,and can adjust the teaching atmosphere,stimulate students' interest,let the classroom activity,so as to achieve the effect of the catalyst.Based on the research of classroom and literature,in order to avoid sports two extremes of "Happy Sports" and "physical education",in the game of choice is to follow youth in this age of physical and mental development characteristics were selected,will follow the regular pattern of the coordination between strength of the upper limb and lower limb force quantity,large amount of exercise lesson skills mix a small amount of games,these need to grasp the teacher is very good.The game and the teaching method of hope to have some help for the development of school volleyball,also hope that the good game teaching method can provide corresponding reference for other professional teaching.
