Research On The Guarantee Of Private College Teachers’ Occupational Stability

In the era of popular demand for higher education, the private higher education made up for the problem of insufficient supply and demand in the market of public education, is the indispensable important parts of the national education.Teachers’ quality is critical important when the private higher education in a rapid development.Teachers’ career is stable or not,is in relation to the possibility of high level and high quality teachers team construction. This study is based on the private higher school teachers’ occupational stability "unstable" reality to research and analysis.Based on the relevant research results of teachers’ occupational stability, the author puts forward the private college teachers’ occupational stability connotation and main contents,and emphatically expounds the problems of the four constituent parts, run by the private college teachers’ teaching stability, academic stability, physical stability, environmental stability.In a vocational college teachers in Guangxi as a representative of the research, using the method of literature research, questionnaires and interviews and other research methods for detailed analysis,to have an empirical research on the impact of private college teachers’occupational stability satisfaction, professional identity and related factors of turnover intention.By using principal component analysis of factor analysis method mining factors that influence the private college teachers’ occupational stability which can be used to explain about stability of private college teachers’professional all dimension of four factors:identity factors, investment return factors, work condition factors, growth factor,and analyzes the four factors on the impact and importance of private college teachers’ occupational stability.Finally, this paper from the three aspects puts forward constructive suggestions of how to realize the private college teachers’ occupational stability, that is:teachers’self security, can help to grasp the safeguard autonomy; the guarantee of legal system,can enhance the feasibility;college management, can be the primary responsibility.
