Biology is based on the experimental study of the various life phenomena and laws of life sciences. Biology (especially middle school biological experiments) close to real life, and issues such as environmental pollution and ecological damage, food shortages, lack of resources against the problem of human existence, which needs to rely on the development of modern biological science and technology, also requires people actively in everyday life understanding and application of knowledge and skills closely linked to biology. Biology is based on the experiments, its biological applications is critical for establishing the value of biological experiments and real-life contact. Taught in No. five secondary school Pingyuan County, Shandong province, I found that for a biology course, students struggle to cope with exams, mechanical recitation of knowledge, few students learn biology recent advances, much less learn biology knowledge and skills associated with real life. This knowledge does not meet the General features of the physical and mental development of young people, do not meet the educational reform and development and its requirement on experiment teaching in the new curriculum, and is very detrimental to the future development of biological and social progress.The author used questionnaire forms during the internship in Shandong Pingyuan high school to study the biology experiment status, a sample of biological experiments of interest of students and the students' academic achievement and biology studies the knowledge capacity measurement before and after, aims at exploring in middle school biology teaching in the experimental teaching mode of life. Findings in the survey:the rate of biology experiment in Pingyuan junior school is not high, somehow to videos, pictures, combined with the teacher in the form of demonstration experiments, lack of group experiment, investigation and practice; students' interests in biology is weak; applied knowledge of biology is more worrying. So, the author has designed four modules:"mastering the knowledge, contact life", "teachers and students interacting, inquiry life", "expand extends, return to life", "practice application, loving life". These four modules are created to foster students'interest in biology experiments, closely linked to life and skills to explore life's problems by a biological experiment, ultimately independent practice to achieve biological knowledge and skills of life. Empirical results show that, after the implementation of biological experiment teaching mode of life, the students not only developed an interest in biology, applied biological experiment ability to significantly improve, in addition, in terms of academic performance, classroom satisfaction also improved significantly. Moreover, through the application of biological experiments of life pattern, more harmonious teacher-student relationship, which undoubtedly has a potential role in promoting the formation of class cohesion and class management for class teacher is also has some significance.Study of this thesis, the author seriously investigate Shandong Pingyuan County junior high school biology experiment analysis on the present situation and problem and cause of proposed biological experiment teaching mode of life and do theoretical and empirical research, detailed writing of two representative "teaching mode of life" in junior high school biology experiment teaching under design.
