In2001,"compulsory education Chinese course standard (experiment draft)" marks the implementation of the "curriculum reform".by 2010, the establishment of compulsory education Chinese course standard "has been ten years, to today it has been for fifteen years.In the 15 years, "curriculum reform" was done, a variety of learning mode, various learning methods were introduced.In various promotion mode, the biggest and the hottest is"Du Lang mouth model", which is known as a red flag in the curriculum reform, blowing a stream of Du Lang mouth a whirlwind.The author of this paper as an intern in Du Lang mouth middle school for one semester,this paper is based on it.The paper combined with the observation of Du Lang mouth's classroom, the interviews for the local middle school teachers and the communication with students,providing true and correct information.Du Lang mouth mode is also known as the "336 independent teaching mode" or "10+35" teaching model, this model is considered to be "efficient classroom "model, truly realized the student's independent, returned the classroom as well as to the students.Is Du Lang mouth model thoroughly realized the student's independent as advertised?"Is it a really "High class"?This is the key point of this paper,the concrete content is as follows:For Du Lang model, the author mainly from the following several aspects to discuss, The first, in the group work has many problems.such as the fish in troubled waters,depending on the teacher and coach book,method of cooperation rigid,more performance components and so on. The second,because for the excessive pursuit of "master class", thus resulting in the teacher in the classroom "aphasia" phenomenon, teacher resources waste or misplaced, teachers can not get maximum value.The third,student's learning lacks of exploring.The last,student's development of personalized is not enough.The existence of these problems illustrates that Du Lang mouth model from the real "efficient classroom" still has a large gap,it is not the real "efficient class".To solve these problems, the author analyzes certain countermeasures.As for the problems in group work,we can improve them from the following several aspects.To cultivate students' cooperation sense, the establishment of the evaluation mechanism, the improvement of the operating procedures and cooperation in the technical aspects.For teachers, I think we can to begin from the following several aspects:first, campus cultural activities, improve teachers' training.Second, school is easing, rich teacher's hobby.Finally, to strengthen teachers' professional development, promote the reform of the teaching process.For exploring link missing, it can be to improve:teachers put forward"efficient"questions in the preparation, build good question, explore more atmosphere in the classroom,.teachers explore in the new curriculum;we can use "stratified teaching" and "campus culture" to cultivate the students' individual character, to make up for the problem of insufficient student individuation.
