Friendrich Adolf Wilhelm Diesterweg, who is the Germany’s leading educators, once said:"The education’s art is not to teach skills, but to inspire, awaken and encourage." Education is not only to teach people specific life skills, but also need to shape people’s noble character, nurturing person lofty ideals, forging people’s pursuit of excellence. Only the quality of comprehensive, healthy personality who can promote economic development and social progress, in order to create a harmonious life.Since the reform and opening up, China has made considerable socio-economic development, people’s living standards are improving, however, the happiness index of the whole society has not been a corresponding increase. For this reason, people began to reflect on their inner world and values, reflecting the success of the pros and cons of Education. In taking economic construction as the center of utilitarian thinking orientation, emphasis on the teaching of modern science and technology education, skills, expertise and other practical techniques and despise students build spiritual world, ignoring the moral values of the students, assessment values, the overall quality of the Humanities, resulting in the need to keep up the quality of students in the humanities and social development.Political School Students Teaching plays an important role in the implementation of an important carrier of Humanistic Quality Education for shaping personality and nurturing human feelings of middle school students and building the ideal value system. However, while China’s current ideological and political education of middle school reform has achieved some results, but there are still many problems, mainly lack of humanistic content in textbooks design and the teaching process. Teaching methods cannot effectively use the humanities, positioning the political nature of the course color concentrated on the evaluation of teaching effectiveness single way. Analysis of specific reasons, have the following main points:First, the traditional concept of re-education science humanities light effects, the second is impetuous and utilitarian social environment influence the content of teaching and the third is the impact stiff rigid teaching methods, the four teachers keep up the literacy needs of teaching.So, the author puts forward some humanistic quality education to strengthen the ideological and political course in high school teaching suggestions:First, changes in teaching ideas, change the " heavy science, humanities light " teaching tradition, to establish a people text teaching concept, two is to enrich the teaching content, improve the relevance of ideological and political education, and the third is to improve teaching methods, changes in classroom thinking, creating classroom environment to promote cultivation of high school students humanistic spirit, the four teachers’ knowledge structure is sound, strengthen ethics cultivation, rich teacher’s cultural heritage, enhance teachers’ charisma to classroom teaching competence needed.
