Under the backgrounds that the moral crisis is more and more serious, employers are more eager to have both ability and political integrity of talent and our country is paying more and more attention to the moral education, as part of the future builders of the motherland, there are some moral problems existing among the students, such as lack of patriotism, collectivism concept, innovation consciousness, lack of social practice ability, a failure of willpower, etc. Therefore, high school teachers are carrying out moral education on students who are facing with the formation of outlook on life, outlook on world and outlook on values, which is conducive to the moral level to achieve the goal of moral education, is conducive to the all-round development of morality, is beneficial to the realization of "China dream". Every high school teacher is shouldering the responsibility of moral education, but the nature of ideological and political course and curriculum standard require more responsibility of moral education of Ideological and political teachers. So, the ideological and political teachers should fulfill more moral obligation. The most basic and most effective way to fulfill the obligations of the responsibility of moral education is to develop moral education resources of ideological and political course of using the textbook. The use of ideological and political textbooks as a resource of moral education will not only delay the students to learn cultural knowledge, but also can influence the moral education of students. The ideological and political textbook compulsory 4 "Life and Philosophy" published by the People Education Press is the most abundant resources of moral education. In this thesis, the author develops patriotism education, collectivism education, a good psychological quality education resources, labor and social practice education resources innovation, education resources, ideal education resources, which belong to the textbook of "Life and Philosophy". Through the form of the teaching design, it displays that how ideological and political teachers use the textbook of moral education resources, good psychological quality education resources, labor and social practice education resources. The above all can be regarded as a reference of ideological and political course in the teaching of "life and philosophy" cultural knowledge for teachers, a reference of the use of resources of development and application of "economic life" " Political life "" cultural life "in moral education resources, and a reference of students' moral education.Based on a lot of related topics, this thesis discusses the background and significance of development and application of the moral resources of ideological and political course using the literature research method, observation method. Through the two aspects of descriptions, this thesis is to let readers understand the necessity of development and application of the high school ideological and political textbooks on the moral education. This paper shows moral education resources of the development of "life and philosophy". And through the form of the teaching design, it is to show how to use the teaching resources of moral education on students' moral education. As the users of moral educational resources, the level of teachers' quality directly affects the quality of moral education. On the basis of the important role of textbooks as moral educational resources, the author does some researches on teachers' selection and evaluation in the last chapter.
