At present, our country rural junior high school teachers erosion has caused extensive concern of the social people from all walks of life, with the country of the implementation of free compulsory education system and continuous improvement of people's living standards as well as ideological understanding, the deepening and implement of the compulsory education balanced development evaluation, rural teachers can get the various subsidies constantly, Junior high school teachers find that students are willing to learn more than before and teachers' sense of achievement is growing constantly.However, high school education problems are more and more apparent, the effect of the famous schools and various fee exemptions for the high school students make the competition of student source among schools sharp. Teacher effect become the primary resource of high school to achieve competitive advantage. A large number of excellent rural high school teachers to the county and city primary school is one of the major problems which many rural complete middle schools face. It severely restricts the rural high school teachers construction, subject tie-in, and seriously impact on the improvement of teaching quality of the school. How to solve this problem effectively has become the social focus. Ke Jie high school in Chang ning county is a rural complete middle school, High school teachers' loss has become one of the bottlenecks for the development of the school. In this paper, from the perspective of human resource management, Ke Jie high school in Chang ning county is the main object. By the analysis of high school teachers loss quantity and age as well as the various case, the author find out the reasons and effects of the loss of teachers. The author puts forward that the rural teachers' living environment can be improved by the introduction of extra investment, Meanwhile, the school leaders can establish a reasonable system to enhance the sense of crisis of teachers; The school leader can independently publish relevant policy to guide teacher flow reasonably. The author has also designed how to give full play to the functions of trade unions and how to strengthen the humanistic care as well as how to accelerate the development of young teachers. Serious high school teachers erosion problems can be solved by creating a training environment and achieving teachers' loyalty with spiritual characteristic ways. According to the case study of Ke Jie high school in Chang ning county, the author hopes that rural complete high school, even some other rural junior high school can get some certain inspiration and help, more over, adopt the most reasonable decision scheme to reduce loss of teachers together.
