A large number of excellent rural high school teachers to the county and city primary school is one of the major problems which many rural complete middle schools face. It severely restricts the rural high school teachers construction, subject tie-in, and seriously impact on the improvement of teaching quality of the school. How to solve this problem effectively has become the social focus. Ke Jie high school in Chang ning county is a rural complete middle school, High school teachers' loss has become one of the bottlenecks for the development of the school. In this paper, from the perspective of human resource management, Ke Jie high school in Chang ning county is the main object. By the analysis of high school teachers loss quantity and age as well as the various case, the author find out the reasons and effects of the loss of teachers.
