As knowledge-based economy develops fast today, various resources are becoming less and less, the competition between the school is turnning worse and worse, As a result the human resource is becoming the initial by which the school obtains competitive advantage. But the teachers' running off is one of the key problems that many schools are facing currently, which influences the construction of teachers, academics and the stability of teaching quality and the development of students' ability, the high rate of teachers' running off brings to obstacles to some schools, expecially to private ones. How to solve this problem is what the managers and in charge of the private schools need to pay attention to.The No.2 high school is a complete private middle school, which has nothing to do with the government, but managed by the president appointed by the execution board. Generally, it goes well but the stability of teachers cannot be ensured. According to this problem, this essay aims at the analysis of teachers' running off from perspective of personnel resources management. In the first place, the development history of the school and the state of teacher' running off are be introduced, Besides the analysis will be given about the problem and its negative effect, the analysis will be carried out from two aspects the school and the teachers; And to the solution, the writer will offer a denemic evaluation system to illustrate teachers to develop themselves as fully as possible, so that the schools' development is promoted by the teachers' development. The plan of teachers' occupation is planned and the chances for teachers' development will be rendered, Developing the teachers' agreement to the development of the school, and come up with the better plan for the development of the school, forming a comfortable environment where students enjoy themselves and teachers appreciate their job, thus, the problem can be solved in a spiritual way.The write hope to work out some more reasonable solutions, which may help the other private schools, to prevent teachers' running off with a study for the No. 2 high school of Tieling country.
