Research On The Construction Of Modern Distance Education Learning Support Service System

21st Century Education abilities depends on computer technology, inseparable from lifelong education, background of learning society, in this context relies on modern distance education network technology for its freedom of learning, widely welcomed by the public. The development of modern distance education has sparked learning and ways of thinking change, make people change the way knowledge is stored from books to the Internet, the way to characterize the knowledge from text into multimedia, knowledge acquisition method from past of relies on books and teachers to now of relies on people and Internet of interactive knowledge becomes visual presentation, so that all the advantages of modern distance education has become a learning society in the process of building an indispensable component. Modern distance education brings convenience to people's study and it also has an insurmountable obstacle. In the network learning, learners can not get the teacher supervision, the academic problems can not be solved in a timely manner, lack of emotion, academic atmosphere, and scattered knowledge system and other issues. These problems need to be built by building an effective learning support service system, so that learners can get emotional, learning, life on the platform to help solve puzzles, eliminate the sense of loneliness and helplessness.In this thesis, the learning support service research to literature as the starting point, a questionnaire for auxiliary, the selection of S University distance education college students as the research object, from the learning support services including elements, students of learning support service attitude were investigated. According to the problems and deficiencies reflected in the survey data, in-depth analysis. In order to promote the development of modern distance education, it puts forward the related strategies and suggestions to construct effective learning support service system, which can guarantee the quality of teaching and learning in remote network colleges and universities, and help learners to carry out independent and effective learning.A total of six chapters in this thesis to discuss the following problems:Chapter one is the introduction, mainly focuses on the research background and research significance of the learning support service. Overviews the research status of learning support service at home and abroad, plans the thesis research ideas, and introduces the thesis research methods briefly.Chapter two is the theoretical basis and the definition of concept. Discussed the theoretical basis on learning support service through the literature analysis, definition the concept of modern distance education, learning support service and learning support service system to prepare for subsequent research papers.Chapter three is the comparative analysis of learning support services at home and abroad. The learning support service system of several representative universities at home and abroad was selected through the literature analysis. The detailed elaboration and comparative analysis carried on these cases to provide a reference for the later construction of support service system strategy.Chapter four is the analysis of the current situation and problems of modern distance learning support service. The Distance Education College of S University was selected as the research object and the learning support service of the network education was investigated by the form of questionnaire. The author analyzes the current situation of students' network learning and support service system by graphics accord to the survey data, points out and analyzes the existing problems.Chapter five is the construction strategy of effective learning support service system. The construction model of effective learning support service system was been putted forward with the intention of serving the students as the core on the basis of the previous research, and the six elements of support service also been system planned.Chapter six is the summary and Prospect. Mainly summarizes the conclusion of the whole research, points out the defects of the research and makes the plan for the future research.
