The development of times has putting forward higher requirements to learners' comprehensive capabilities, the New Curriculum Reform of our country also advocates the learning manner with independent, exploration and cooperation, as to gradually changing the traditional "three centers" situation and promote the development of innovation consciousness, practical ability to student. However, the traditional mathematics teaching emphasizes imparting knowledge but ignoring to cultivate the ability, and there is still a certain gap in the requirements of the New Curriculum standards. Project-based learning is a typical constructivism learning mode, focusing on training students' comprehensive capabilities, its core concept of the new curriculum standards require a high degree of consistency, it is possible to solve the current problems of mathematics teaching. However, under the traditional classroom environment, there are many key factors which have restricted the implementation of the project-based learning, such as failing to integrate with the core curriculum, the limited time and space of exploration activities and the lack of content resources. In recent years, the Web2.0 tools and online learning platform are widely used in education; to build the intelligent learning environment has provided conditions for the deep integration between information technology and curriculum. Driven by technology, the rich and open multimedia network environment can compensate for inadequate implementation of the traditional project-based learning, as well as better able to achieve the goal of the new curriculum. This study aims to build the Web-based PBL learning mode which in the guidance of the constructivist learning environment design theory and from the perspective of the projected reconstruction with national curriculum, after that, design the curriculum and take the empirical research in elementary mathematics, so that to provide guidance and advice for the future practical application of project-based learning. At the theoretical level, it has enrichment and developed the theoretical research of the integration between project-based learning and teaching core curriculum, and provided examples based on the network environment for project-based learning activities. At the practical level, based on the show of mathematics project design, it can provide the methodological guidance in operational level for teachers. The research course of this thesis could be divided into five stages:literature research, model construction, teaching experiment, effectiveness analysis, summarize and reflection. In the literature research stage, firstly, take the content analysis of relevant literature in PBL with the method of literature analysis, and summarize the implementation problems of project-based learning. It tunes out that the important reason for restricted the promotion is that, the PBL is failed to effective integration with the core curriculum and core knowledge. Therefore, in the model construction stage, the author proposes the concept of the projected reconstruction with national curriculum, after analyze the support for network environment to PBL, on building the Web-based PBL learning mode under the guidance of Constructivist learning theory, situated cognition theory, Activity theory and the theory of multiple intelligences. And then, conduct design the process of the Web-based PBL combined with the basic steps of the PBL. In the teaching experiment stage, using the fifth grade students as the research object, conduct the design of the Web-based PBL about the mathematics teaching content of the fifth grade, relying on the creative tree learning platform to building learning activities and learning resources, and implemented in NongLin primary school. In the effectiveness analysis stage, analyzing its performance from the two aspects about knowledge skills and comprehensive ability using the quasi-experimental method, and verify the validity of the web-based PBL model at the same. In the summarize and reflection stage, further to summarize the factors that influence the effectiveness of project-based learning by combined with the contents of interviews and classroom observation of teachers and students, and put forward the appropriate policy. In this study, the effectiveness analysis of web-based PBL covers four dimensions: standardized test scores, learning attitude, problem solving ability and collaborative learning ability. The main conclusion of this study include that, in terms of learning attitude, questionnaire and interview results show that compared to students in traditional teaching method, there was a significant difference between pretest and post-test in mathematics learning attitude of students who participate in the web-based PBL, after the experiment, their learning attitude become more positive. In terms of problem solving ability, the test result shows that the problem-solving ability of students who participate in web-based PBL was significantly higher than traditional learners. As for the collaborative learning ability, questionnaire and interview results show that there was a significant difference between pretest and post-test in collaborative learning ability of students who participate in the web-based PBL, their collaborative learning ability has been significantly improved after the experiment. Overall, the effectiveness of the wed-based PBL is better than the traditional teaching method.
