In the field of vocational education, Project Curriculum reform is conducting in full swing. After the boom of curriculum development, the Project Curriculum moves toward the phase of curriculum implementation. The success of curriculum development needs teaching implementation as detection and regulation. We can not avoid a question that is how the teaching effectiveness of project curriculum implementation. This question is the point of testing the teaching effectiveness of Project Curriculum implementation and also is the focus of promoting the teaching theory of project curriculum. From the process of curriculum development, the focus of vocational schools and teachers'concern is the classroom-based teaching effectiveness. From the aspect of the teaching evaluation, the classroom-based teaching effectiveness is a part of the teaching evaluation. The three aspects above explained the importance of reaching the classroom-based teaching effectiveness of Project Curriculum. The aspects above constitute the starting point of this thesis, while the main process of the study started from the following several aspects.First of all, with the development of curriculum theory, teaching theory and learning theory, the reorganization of classroom-based teaching has changed. The comprehensions of teaching, learning and knowledge' changes effect on the classroom-based teaching values. The classroom-based teaching values change from teaching-based evaluation to learning-based evaluation about classroom teaching. The center of classroom-based teaching is from teacher-centered to student-centered; the focus of classroom-based teaching is from knowledge-imparted to knowledge-constructed; the point of classroom-based teaching is from passive learning to active construction. The orientation of classroom-based teaching is from tool-based assessment to human-based assessment. The changes of classroom-based teaching values claim that we should alter the perspective and orientation on the classroom-based teaching effectiveness. We should research the classroom-based teaching effectiveness from teaching and learning.Secondly, the changes of perspective and orientation on classroom-based teaching effectiveness implicit that the nature of classroom-based teaching effectiveness has changed. Because of the misunderstanding of classroom teaching, the pondering of the nature of classroom-based teaching effectiveness has been went into a wrong way. The misunderstanding mainly concludes three distortions so that the true meaning of classroom-based teaching effectiveness has been lost. What is the nature of classroom-based teaching effectiveness? Only redefining the nature of classroom effectiveness that can we develop a judgment framework to analyses classroom-based teaching effectiveness.Again, we can analyses classroom-based teaching effectiveness under Subject Curriculum and Project Curriculum with the judgment framework and the reality of classroom teaching. From both practical and theoretical aspects we can prospect classroom-based teaching effectiveness under Project Curriculum and Subject Curriculum. Through investigation and research, the author obtained teachers' teaching behavior and students'learning behavior under Project Curriculum and Subject Curriculum, and then analyses which curriculum model'classroom-based teaching is more effective and more suitable for vocational schools according to the judgment framework's observation points.Finally, since Project Curriculum's teaching effectiveness is better than Subject Curriculum's teaching effectiveness, and then is there any room to improve the teaching effectiveness of Project Curriculum? Which factors hinder Project Curriculum's teaching effectiveness? From a practical view, the author seeks to the factors which make the classroom-based teaching effectiveness of Project Curriculum falling into dilemma. The author tries to explore how to get out of dilemma from a theoretical point in order to realize the hope of further improve Project Curriculum's teaching effectiveness.This paper attempts to preliminary explore the classroom-based teaching effectiveness of Project Curriculum in vocational schools, hoping to do the prerequisite and basic work for the research of Project Curriculum's management classroom-based teaching effectiveness.
