The modern technology keeps constructing the relationship with the world through its application, and gets the rationality and development in the three relations that, "Technology and human","Technology and the world", "The interpersonal with technology as a intermediary", and the internal structure.The application of modern technology in education is the result of the bidirectional interaction between modern technology and education, the unique lies in the fact that, education should consider not only "what can do" but also "what cannot do" of the technology, should realize not only the value of the technology, but also to access the meaning of education:To be a being. From the essence, the rationality of modern technology application in education is the unify of regularity and purposiveness, object and subject scale, outer and inner dimension of individual. Technical design and aesthetic ignores the characteristics of primary students and limits the development of their imagination and possibility, From the technology and education, the purpose of the two sides are biased, the process tends to be programmed and modularization, the content are preset partly, and ignores the possibility along with the class. From the relationship between teachers and students, the dialogue is restricted, and the psychological distance widened gradually. The last is the inner technical structure, the teaching tact and technical skills are developing unbalanced, it’s difficult to realize the integration in the true sense.The rationality of the modern technology application in the primary school class-teaching based on and returns to the relations, the fundamental lies in the construction of rationality is how to promote the interactive integration of "Human-Technology-Education", and to realize the development.
