It is a very short time for developing either teaching materials or consultations for information technology teaching in primary schools of China. At present, almost all the work done by teachers and researchers basically pause on some aspects of applications, such as explaining basic concepts and operation steps. But the goal of information technology teaching is to change the studying ways of student and seek some efficient methods to guide the interaction of teaching and learning. Information technology teaching should be a complex process of communication, exchange, enlightenment and supplement between teachers and students. We must persist to the influencing, guiding, enlightening students and help them to grasp how to learn by themselves when we design teaching courses.In Chapter 1, the author concludes attentive issues on primary school information technology through collecting data and exchanging thoughts. And it demonstrates the main research contents by teaching lectures method in courses of primary school information technology:how to design teaching lectures and what the emphasis points are to different types of information technical courses.In Chapter 2 the concepts for lecture-teaching is mainly introduced by author, and the theoretic foundation of lecture-teaching methods is presented. It specifies that designing of lectures are based on the construction studying theory, and it is the application of dialogue, development, cooperation as well.In Chapter 3, the author shows some models for primary school information technology based on the theories in chapter 2. And it provides the principles in lecture design, design process, and other major points during different types of information technical courses.In Chapter 4, the author focuses mainly in 3 aspects:applications with teaching-lectures, analysis different modes for typical cases, evaluation for the effect of lecture-teaching, based on the features on primary school information technology.In The Chapter 5, the author draws aims my conclusion and review the main work done in the paper of all my researches followed by, including some ideas of innovations and expectations future research work on the topic in the future.
