Since the implementation of the National kindergarten teacher training program in 2011, to the present there have been five years, in the past five years, with the practice of preschool education three-year action plan, northwest of the teachers in training also made remarkable achievements, has been great development in the aspect of professional knowledge, professional ability and professional quality, the northwest area of the majority of kindergarten teachers, in Northwest China's education has also been greatly improved.This essay using the questionnaire method, interview method, observation method and the method of literature in Northwest China, Shaanxi, Xinjiang and Tibet Autonomous Region provinces in Shaanxi Normal University to participate in training rural teachers visit schools and rural kindergarten visit elite two types of "teachers in training" trainees 390 investigation, in order to understand the effects of their training needs and training etc.Through the network questionnaire and interview of 216 training students training theory is applied in educational practice were investigated. For training managers and experts in training were investigated using the method of questionnaire and interview, hope that through investigation of all levels of staff access to the real situation of the northwest provinces "the training of teachers" satisfaction, for the state to enhance the effectiveness of the training to provide advice.Based on the analysis and study of the data obtained the following conclusions:(1) The northwest provinces of the trainees "national training teachers" training needs focused on the training content, training time, training teaching methods and evaluation methods, training teachers, training accommodation and other aspects, through the analysis of open questions, participants from aspects of the demand is obvious in practice; (2)Participants "national training teachers" overall satisfaction is higher, the correlation analysis showed that each dimension of satisfaction from the provinces, duties, qualifications, seniority, satisfaction among provinces in Northwest ginseng training students was not significant; (3) The application of the students from theory to practice the general effect.Through the data analysis and observation that the culture of teachers "problems are mainly reflected in:(1) The training content and training students' practical coincide degree is not high; (2) The trainees selection individual does not meet the requirements; (3) Park under the practice overall arrangements are not specific; (4) Lack of effective training, and later tracking mechanism; In addition, there are accommodation, the class discipline management is not in place and other problems.Based on factors existing in the above conclusions and training problems and analysis of the effect of training satisfaction, combined with related literature review, the author will from the four aspects of national level, provincial and municipal management at the institutional level, training units, and the level of the trainees put forward feasible rationalization proposals and countermeasures, which can improve the quality of training.
