The Research On The Satisfaction Of National Physical Education Program

Teacher training is an important part of teacher education,teacher professionalization is a teacher education subject facing the era,is the historical mission of teacher training.Based on the concept of\"education is service,teachers training institutions only to the participation of training learning provide more high quality service,further enhance the pertinence and effectiveness of the training,to improve the participation teachers' satisfaction.This study on\"the cultivation plan\" satisfaction research is mainly based on the perspective of teachers'professional growth and professional development,in the process of research,according to the ministry of education promulgated in 2012,elementary school teacher's professional standards(try out)\"and\" culture "countries plan\" curriculum standard(trial)\"and the predecessors about\" countries culture plan\"and the course content satisfaction research,from the perspective of professional development,find out the connection between the professional standard and training course content,in order to investigate training for training teachers professional development aspects of satisfaction.This study to the sports disciplines\"countries culture plan\" training importance questionnaire\"and\" sports discipline\"countries culture plan\" training satisfaction survey questionnaire.According to the questionnaire for the class of 2013 and 2013 in fujian normal university sports science institutes ChengXun\"countries culture plan\" of the 178 sports backbone teachers to investigate,for the satisfaction of the results of the survey related description analysis and IPA analysis,satisfaction index analysis,the two terms of different gender,training content and different titles analysis sports backbone teachers' professional ability;Interview research selected backbone teachers to explore grassroots sports backbone teachers demand for training content,training existence question reason.Study found that both the training content of satisfaction index in,waiting for the lower level,the class of 2014 than 2013 increased slightly.Mainly displays in the 2014 session of the advantage of the number of the course content and needs to improve curriculum content,it also shows that the PeiXunDian is in progress on the way.Two terms on each dimension higher satisfaction index of the course content mainly concentrated in two dimensions subject knowledge and teaching design.By comparing the students of different gender,found that on the two courses content system satisfaction,male teachers are significantly higher than female,in every dimension,male teachers were higher than female teachers;The use of LSD method found when comparing different titles in various dimensions and the overall satisfaction significantly better than primary school and middle school,senior high school grades.
