A Study Of Family Marriages Returned To The People In The Yuan Dynasty

The Huihui people in Yuan dynasty referred to the Muslim Arabs, Persians, and central Asia Turkic people. They were an important part of Semu in Yuan generation of political, economic, cultural and other aspects. They played an important role and have important influence on later generations. To the Yuan dynasty and the national research, academic achieve many fruits, but in the marriage and family research, in view of the historical limitation, they have less attention. This article tried to use some inscriptions, family historical data recorded in detailed, and analyze their family marriage status, in order to know the Yuan dynasty and Huihui people's marriage and family situation. The full text is divided into three parts:The first chapter mainly describes the source of the Huihui people in Yuan dynasty, and according to the characteristics, its distribution were discussed. In Yuan dynasty, the source of the Huihui could be broadly divided into two parts:one was from the Middle East Islamic residents who moved east to China's inland; secondly, from the maritime silk route of Yuan dynasty, some Persian, Arab missionaries and merchants came to China. During the Yuan dynasty, these were referred to as groups of Moslem people there were significant geographical features, such as coastal port city's return to the Persians and Arabs, engaged in the business or missionary activities; And the Huihui in abdominal regions, mostly follow the east Mongolian rulers moved to all the people of central Asia Turkic Muslim, including former central Asian Islamic country aristocrats and sergeant, artisans, who came to the central plains after service for Yuan ruling class.The second chapter mainly discusses the Huihui family in Yuan. Based on the fact that there were relevant historical materials, the paper briefly analyzed the situation. Due to the historical materials and people is less, so we were classified in the form of family. In this paper, on the basis of the origin and identity of Moslem people, we mainly anglicized the home of eunuch family, travel and artisans. From the analysis found that in the Huihui family life of Yuan dynasty, the religious tradition is everywhere on; But most Huihui people on the marriage object choice in personal interests, ethnic and religious who doesn't stuck in the past; And the Han culture have widespread impact gradually in the generations of the family children.The third chapter anglicized the influence factors of marriage and family, inductive conclusion:1, a young Huihui man comes from poor family can only be the imperial official through learning sinology. So Huihui and Han intermarriage appears to help Huihui families' children in the study of Chinese; 2, the people's living environment and their career has great relevance. A combination of both, leading to marriage of Moslem people choose to have certain regional characteristic; 3, the Yuan dynasty double constraints of law and Islamic law, although the object choice in marriage of Huihui on a traditional Muslim is more freedom, but still insist on religion in the marriage life.Comprehensive full text analysis, we know that the Huihui in Yuan dynasty is not stickled on the choice of a marriage object, there were many people who choose other semu intermarry with the Han people, but in the marriage life and people's congress, many traditional religious practices. And in the Yuan dynasty Huihui has not yet formed strong national idea, they gradually into the Yuan dynasty among other ethnic groups. Especially the Han culture in the central plains has a huge impact on the offspring's.
