South Korea is the vanguard of the global Chinese fever,not only the large number of Chinese learning,Chinese education system is also in the continuous development of a more complete,forming a primary,junior high school,high school Chinese language teaching.As an important part of the system,the Korean vocational high school,under the catalysis of the economic and trade exchanges between China and South Korea,will take Chinese as an important part of students' future employment.Compared with the ordinary senior high school,vocational high school has a great particularity and needs to adapt to the teaching mode and method.The teaching behavior,as the specific action of teachers' teaching consciousness,will have a direct impact on the teaching effect.At this stage,the main reason for the unsatisfactory effect of Chinese teaching in Korean vocational high school is that the teaching behavior of Chinese teachers can not adapt to the particularity of vocational high school.This article from the practical problems of teaching,based on the systematic teaching of behavior on the related literature,the investigation on the 2016 annual CPIK project in 47 to undertake the task of teaching occupation high school Chinese teachers.At the same time,in-depth classroom,direct observation of teachers' classroom teaching behavior,and some Chinese and Korean teachers and students to interview,in order to understand the Korean vocational high school Chinese teachers' classroom teaching behavior.In the questionnaire,classroom observation,in-depth interviews of three parts on the basis of the results,problems and reasons analysis of occupation high school of Korean Chinese teachers in the classroom teaching behavior,combined with the author's own teaching experience occupation high school,puts forward recommendations on the practical classroom teaching behavior in senior high school Chinese teachers' occupation of South Korea.The full text is divided into five parts:The first chapter briefly introduces the relevant situation and the development of vocational high school in Korea in recent years,analyzes the particularity of vocational high school.Classification of classroom teaching behavior of the second chapter on the basis of taking,mainly by questionnaire survey,supplemented by classroom observation and interview,the practical investigation of classroom teaching behavior in senior high school Chinese teachers' occupation of South Korea.Integrated analysis of all the data obtained,a comprehensive understanding of the Korean vocational high school Chinese teachers' teaching behavior.In the third chapter,the actual investigation results as the basis,combined with the author's own teaching experience,analysis of occupation high school Korean language classroom teaching behavior of the existing problem,and find out the deep-seated causes of the problem.In the fourth chapter,on the basis of the above research,aiming at the problems which exist in the study of teachers,optimize the proposed high school occupation of Korean Chinese teachers classroom teaching behavior,hope to provide a beneficial reference for the majority of Chinese teachers,to improve the status of Chinese teaching in high school to the Korean occupation.
