The word "Gymnastics" has a wide range of meanings and is rich in content and has a very long history.It first appeared in ancient greece.At that time,gymnastics was a general term for all physical exercises and a synonym for modern sports.Later,with the development of sports and people's research on sports,gymnastics gradually became a system,and gradually developed into the gymnastics we now understand.Gymnastics movement technology is in respect of human physiological characteristics of the design,the human body,especially the healthy development of young people is of great significance.Gymnastics is rich in content,forms,can effectively promote the exercise and skeletal muscle growth and development strength,agility and coordination,flexibility,balance ability,formation of body shape,and the sport of gymnastics is beneficial to the development of mental health,therefore gymnastics is always an important teaching content in school sports.Since 1982 the country re enacted the "national physical training standards",cancel the gymnastics content after the role of Gymnastics in the school began to decline,gradually ignored,its important role in the healthy development of human body also can not play well,even now,in addition to the basic gymnastics gymnastics,gymnastics and other content almost not in school sports classroom(especially sports courses in primary and middle schools of Heilongjiang province)appeared on the understanding of gymnastics is less and less,and even a misunderstanding,the contents of school gymnastics is one disaster after another most people think gymnastics,should only appear in the arena,not suitable for school sports and mass physical exercise.The author through the research methods of literature,questionnaire,expert interviews and so on school sports gymnastics teacher training status of investigation and analysis,found that a lack of Heilongjiang Province,School of gymnastics teachers;two,teachers of Gymnastics Sports School training teachers are less output,talent cultivation status to opportunity less can not meet the demand of school competitive gymnastics teaching of teachers;the task of personnel of physical education university talents can not do gymnastics teaching content in school sports teaching,the provisions of the three culture.Based on the above problems,the author through consultation with relevant experts,literature review and investigation,the recommendations: increase teachers talent training efforts continue to strictly enforce the provisions of the contents of textbooks;ensure the quality of personnel training to improve the cultivation of recessive;quantity,quality of the future school gymnastics teachers;strengthen the construction of talent cultivation of physical education college gymnastics teachers such suggestions,in order to explore a solution to the current found solutions to the problems,suggestions for the development of school sports gymnastics in china.
