SWOT Analysis Of Competitive Gymnastics Reserve Talents Training In Sports School Of Shandong Province

In order to speed up the cultivation of outstanding competitive gymnastics reserve talents in our province,and promote the sustainable development of our province as a strong sports province,this study uses SWOT analysis,expert interviews and questionnaire surveys to conduct competitions in sports schools in seven prefecture-level cities in Shandong Province.The current situation of gymnastics coaches and athletes,as well as competitions of competitive gymnastics in Shandong Province,is investigated and statistics.The survey found that in recent years the number of athletes engaged in competitive gymnastics training in sports schools in Shandong Province has been declining,and there has been an insufficient reserve of reserve talents at the grassroots level,resulting in a shortage of reserve talents for competitive gymnastics,mainly due to the emergence of reserve talent training for competitive gymnastics.The main reason is that there are certain problems in the training of competitive gymnastics reserve talents,among which there are many influencing factors.Therefore,the level of competitive gymnastics in Shandong Province has shown a downward trend in recent years.Based on the current training status of Shandong Provincial Sports Schools,this study uses SWOT analysis to analyze the inherent strengths and weaknesses,external opportunities and threats in the training of competitive gymnastics reserve talents in Shandong Sports Schools,and conduct a SWOT matrix combination analysis.The reserve and development of reserve talents of athletic gymnastics in provincial sports schools put forward reasonable countermeasures.The study found that the internal strengths(S)of the training of reserve talents for competitive gymnastics in Shandong Sports School are mainly manifested in the diverse sources of coaches,which are helpful for integrated development;leaders pay more attention to competitive gymnastics;training programs are more flexible and athletes are adequately trained;The infrastructure is relatively complete and can meet daily training.Internal weaknesses(W)are mainly manifested in: insufficient number of students and the quality needs to be improved;few athletes have competition opportunities and lack of opportunities to practice by competition;training funding sources are single and insufficient;medical supervision and training conditions are not perfect;lack of coaches The overall scientific research level of scientific research training is low;the training method of reserve talents is single and difficult to transport.External opportunities(O)are mainly manifested in: the reform of the training system for competitive gymnastics reserve talents;the deepening of the implementation of the "sports and education integration" policy and related policy support;the promotion of "happy gymnastics" and "basic gymnastics for children";Development has expanded the mass base.External threats(T)are mainly manifested in the following: mainly administrative competitions,lack of social competitions,and low marketization;the employment situation of retired athletes is not optimistic;the parents of athletes have "prejudices" towards gymnastics;More and more diverse.Through the investigation and statistics of the strengths,weaknesses,opportunities and threats of the training of competitive gymnastics reserve talents in sports schools in Shandong Province,the SWOT matrix analysis is further made,and the following strategies are drawn: 1.Municipal sports schools in Shandong Province should integrate and deepen "sports education".The advantage of the "integration" policy is to expand the competitive gymnastics team;make full use of gymnastics coach resources,encourage excellent coaches to participate in and guide gymnastics teaching activities in primary and secondary schools,increase students’ interest in gymnastics,and lay the foundation for gymnastics to return to school.2.Use the advantages of relatively complete infrastructure to attract parents and young children to participate in various forms of gymnastics activities,and gradually eliminate parents’ "prejudice" towards competitive gymnastics;increase leadership’s attention to competitive gymnastics and market gymnastics,Commercialization,to have more sufficient ability to compete with other "strength" youth and children sports for sports talent resources.3.In combination with the reform of the training system,promote the development of a diversified training model for competitive gymnastics reserve talents;actively promote "happy gymnastics" into large,middle,small and child schools,and incorporate psychological selection indicators into the early childhood selection stage to expand the source of students and improve the quality of the source of students;Increase the training and communication of coaches in scientific research and scientific training,enhance the application of scientific training methods and training methods by improving the level of scientific research capabilities of coaches,and fully integrate theory and practice in training to improve the comprehensiveness of coaches Quality.4.In order to solve the current phenomenon of the "no connection" of competitive gymnastics in sports schools in Shandong Province,a variety of methods are used to solve the employment problem of retired athletes;to attract enterprises and the society to invest in competitive gymnastics,broaden the sources of training funds for sports schools,and encourage social organizations
