In today's society,electronic products and artificial intelligence are replacing manual labor gradually,which causes the rapid mental activity's development and rapid physical activity's decrease.Nowadays,the students' academic burden becomes heavier and heavier,a large number of campus sports activities are replaced by heavy schoolwork,and middle school students' psychological problems are becoming more and more serious.But the middle school students' cognition and the world outlook are still in the development period.Regarding the middle school students as the research object,and studying the relationship between campus sports activities and their mental health are quite necessary.I regard Harbin's Nangang District's several middle schools students as the research object,with the method of literature,questionnaire,mathematical statistics,logic analysis and other research methods,survey on mental health status of students in Harbin's Nangang District's middle school,analyze the relationship between the campus sports and mental health,and try to put forward specific measures and countermeasures.The survey data statistics are as follows:(1)From the situation of campus sports activities and psychological health,17 middle school were better than 69 middle school,and 69 middle school were better than Fenghua middle school.(2)With the increase of grade,the mental health status is becoming more and more good in obsessive-compulsive factor,interpersonal factor,maladjustment factor and psychological unbalance factor.(3)The relationship between campus sports activities and learning activities,time,sweat,participate in the games and school organizations or individuals,the game class exercises great class-break setting-up exercise feeling and sports facilities of the satisfaction and mental health status in the chi square test showed a significant correlation.(4)Chi square test showed that there were significant differences in forced factors,learning stress factors and psychological imbalance factors among different sports items.There were significant differences in obsessive compulsive factors and anxiety factors between individual and collective items.Based on the analysis of the results,I conduct the following measures to improve the frequency of high school students to participate in school sports activities:(1)For the school,the leaders should attach importance to the concept of campus sports activities,improve the value of campus sports activities,highlight the characteristics of campus sports activities,optimize the structure of campus sports activities,and establish the evaluation system of campus sports activities.(2)For the teachers,they should improve their own quality,and enhance their sports skills.(3)For the teaching,make campus sports activities become diversified,lively and interesting,develop new campus sports content types,and implement the happy sports.(4)For the students,improve their awareness of sports and the degree of attention,and make the campus sports activities become a habit of their life.
