At present,the campus football special school is popularized nationwide,with the aim of cultivating students' sound personality through campus football training and competition to promote the comprehensive development of students' physical and mental health.Campus football has become a core content of school sports.However,the mental health benefits of campus football activities are not naturally produced.It needs to be infiltrated by mental health education methods.According to the age characteristics of students,the law of education and the stage characteristics of the physical and mental development of young people,scientifically arrange the teaching methods,training contents of campus football,training methods and other content.This study selected 4 national-level campus football special schools in Beijing urban area,a total of 143 junior high school first-year students for the study,including the experimental group of 65 new students entering the campus soccer team,and receiving 8 weeks in their spare time.The 16-hour campus football activity based on mental training,the control group was 78 first-year students in the natural class,and did not receive any sports training activities in their spare time.The experimental design of the experimental group before and after the test was used to study the independent variable as the exercise intervention program.The dependent variable was the inhibition control function and the mental health quality.The control variables were gender,grade,and extracurricular exercise.The inhibition control function index was The Flanker task based on Eprime2.0,mental health quality indicators use the "Chinese adolescents' Mental Health Quality Questionnaire".This paper discusses the influence of campus football intervention based on mental training on the mental health of first-year junior high school students,and attempts to provide a basis research for further quantifying the impact of campus football on adolescent mental health.Results 1.There were significant differences between the experimental group and the control group in the sub-scale of adaptation,which were embodied in physiological adaptation,emotional adaptation,interpersonal adaptation,learning adaptation,social adaptation and life adaptation.Results 2,the experimental group and the control group of junior high school students in the interpersonal quality sub-scale has significant differences,the specific performance in interpersonal communication and interpersonal regulation;Results 3.There were significant differences between the experimental group and the control group in the personality sub-scale of junior middle school students,which were embodied as introversion and extroversion,will,adventure,optimism,responsibility and frustration tolerance.Results 4,the experimental group and the control group of junior high school students in the self-subscale has significant differences,the specific performance in self-cognition;Results 5.There were significant differences in coping style subscales between the experimental group and the control group.Results 6,the experimental group and the control group of junior middle school first grade students in the inhibition control function has significant differences,the experimental group of junior middle school first grade students in the inconsistent response is significantly lower than the control group,consistent accuracy is significantly higher than the control group,consistent response is significantly lower than the control group.Conclusion 1.Campus football activities based on mental training have a significant role in promoting the mental health quality of junior high school students.Conclusion 2.Campus football activities based on psychological training can promote the inhibition and control function of junior high school students.
