As an important stage in the development of every student,the primary and secondary school is the foundation for the lifelong development of the students,even bears on the happiness of each family.The school should take the responsibility of building the foundation for the training of qualified builders and successors of the socialist cause.Make the moral education as a fundamental task and promote the healthy growth of students as the starting point and goal of all the work of the school."Morality" is the fundamental.Moral education is an important part of quality education in primary and secondary schools.It plays an important role in guiding and promoting the healthy growth of young students and school work.According to the law of education to implement the "moral education" and train the students become love the socialist motherland,has become a social morality,civilized behavior and law-abiding citizens.On this basis,guiding them to gradually establish a correct world outlook,outlook on life,sense of worth and constantly improve the socialist ideological consciousness,and to make their future can become a staunch communist laying foundation.What extent implement of the moral education policy is directly related to the development and operation of moral education in the province.At present,the relative lack of relevant research on the implementation of moral education policy in primary and secondary schools in Yunnan Province,so this study can make up some gaps in the study of the implementation of the policy of moral education,to better promote the implementation of the policy of moral education in primary and middle schools in Yunnan Province and promote the leapfrog development of moral education in primary and middle schools.Since the 18 th CPC National Congress,The Ministry of education and the provinces are actively exploring new ideas for the development of moral education,school moral education in Yunnan province has developed "13th Five-Year" plan in the exploration,trying to form a new pattern of moral education with Yunnan characteristics.In this historical context,the study of the implementation of moraleducation policy in primary and secondary schools in Yunnan province is conducive to further promote the moral education in Yunnan province.This paper mainly uses the literature research method,case study method,questionnaire survey method and other research methods study the moral education policy of Yunnan province for the implementation of the current situation and problems of domestic experience and comparison.Further put forward some suggestions to improve the moral education policy implementation of Yunnan Province,to promote the moral education in primary and middle school education development.
