The fundamental task of education is to cultivate people with morality.Since the 18 th national congress of the communist party of China(CPC),the party and the state have stressed the need to thoroughly implement the fundamental task of cultivating morality and cultivating people,and to integrate moral education into the whole process of school education and teaching,so as to form a new pattern of moral education in the new era in which the whole staff,the whole process and the whole direction educate people.Therefore,the integration construction of moral education in primary and secondary schools is an inevitable requirement for carrying out the fundamental task of cultivating morality,deepening the reform of basic education and comprehensively improving the effectiveness of moral education in schools.Primary and secondary school moral education should take xi new era thoughts as the instruction,socialism with Chinese characteristics in the socialist core values,for lead,follow the characteristics of age,physical and mental development of primary and middle school students and moral growth rule,to coordinate,school education and social various aspects of teaching resources,primary and secondary school moral education integration cultivation system,promotes the student good moral quality and the cultivation of comprehensive quality and forming.Yunnan is a province with a large number of ethnic minorities in China,with 25 ethnic minorities and 8 ethnic autonomous prefectures.Among them,the majority of primary and secondary schools in Yunnan ethnic autonomous prefecture are minority students,and the school moral education can best reflect the regional,national and special moral education in border areas,therefore,to strengthen the construction of Yunnan ethnic autonomous prefecture integration of primary and secondary school moral education work,is a fundamental task to carry out to cultivate people with morality,cultivating students' level of moral cognition and moral practice ability,cultivate national identity and Chinese nation community consciousness,promote national unity and harmonious and stable frontier region,promote the talent training quality of frontier ethnic area and the only way for the development of basic education modernization.Based on the basic theory of school moral education and the understanding of the concept of "moral education integration",this paper systematically grasps the logical framework of moral education work in primary and secondary schools with the basic connotation of moral education thought,moral education goal,moral education content and moral education path.Primary and secondary school moral education from the frontier ethnic regions according to the practical significance of the integration of construction,combining with the features of Yunnan minority areas of school moral education work and the actual,in-depth analysis of the current ethnic autonomous prefecture in Yunnan province primary and secondary school moral education work of results and the existing main problems and its reason,thus attempts to put forward countermeasures for the construction of primary and secondary school moral education integration optimization of Yunnan ethnic autonomous prefecture sex advice,build in primary and secondary school moral education the new idea for leading,strengthening the main channel and position in the course of moral education,pay attention to play to the cultural education,practice education,management,education function and perfect the scientific evaluation system of school moral education,The theoretical logic and practical framework of the integration mechanism of moral education with the characteristics of local ethnic culture.
