Research On The Problems And Countermeasures Of The Combination Of Rule Of Law Education And Moral Education For College Students

The decision of the Fourth Plenary Session of the Eighth Central Committee of the Communist Party of China clearly stipulates that it must adhere to the principle of governing the country by law and combining it with the rule of virtue and as an important principle that must be adhered to in comprehensively promoting the goal of governing the country by law.This puts forward higher requirements for the education and moral education of college students in colleges and universities,which makes the research on the combination of rule of law education and moral education in the new period has considerable theoretical and practical significance.This paper is composed of four parts.The article explains the background and significance of the combination of rule of law education and moral education,analyzes the basis and necessity of the combination of rule of law education and moral education,and finds out the existing problems and analyzes,and actively explore the solution to the problem.The first part mainly elaborates the background and significance of the combination of the rule of law education and moral education,the research status of the subject at home and abroad,and the whole research ideas and methods.In the second part,the connotation of the education of law and moral education is expounded first,and then the basis and necessity of the combination of rule of law education and moral education are explained,and the theoretical basis is provided for the combination of the two.The third part starts from the present situation of the combination of rule of law education and moral education of college students,and finds out the problems of the combination of the two.It is believed that there is a deviation in the educational idea of the university,the educational content is not reasonable,the education mode needs to be improved,the management mechanism needs to be improved,quality to be improved,and from the school,society,family,individual four points of the problem analysis.The fourth part,and actively explore the solution to the problem of combining the rule of law education with the moral education,from the external causes and internal factors to drive the two aspects to combine the problem to give countermeasures,mainly to improve the construction of university teaching;strengthen the management of colleges and universities;strengthen the social environment construction and self-improvement of college students'quality.
