A Study On The Rule Of Law Education In The Course Of "Moral And Rule Of Law" In Junior Middle Schools In Ningxia Hui Ethnic Area

In the course of building a modern socialist country and realizing the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation,promoting the rule of law is an important path.As a moral education course that meets the cognitive level of students,the junior middle school "Ethics and Rule of Law" course undertakes the key task of transporting legal talents for socialist modernization.China is a unified multi-ethnic country,and the level of rule of law education in ethnic areas affects the promotion of the whole nation.Therefore,the author choose to start this search relying on Guyuan,a northwest minority area in Ningxia.To sum up,based on teaching practice and starting from the characteristics of Ningxia,the author hopes to explore feasible strategies to carry out appropriate legal education.The first part of this paper combs the previous excellent research results through literature review to lay a theoretical foundation for the research.The second part of this paper mainly explains the basic concepts and sorts out the cultural resources,clarifies the relationship between two types of "legal education",and sorts out the explicit and implicit content of legal education in this course.At the same time,a review of the history of this region was carried out,and three types of high-quality regional cultures including institutional civilization,spiritual civilization and material civilization were selected into the resources.The third part of this paper takes the middle school teachers and students in Guyuan City of Ningxia as the research object to carry out the investigation,explore the problems existing in the rule of law education in this region and do the attribution analysis.In the fourth part of this paper,through the construction of a five in one legal education community include students,teachers,schools,families and society,we can help junior high school students cultivate their feelings of home and country,build up their sense of community,and providing talents for the construction of a country ruled by law.
