Explaining the idea of socialist rule of law with Chinese characteristics in the new era,accurately grasping its profound connotation and characteristics of the times,and integrating it into the teaching of "morality and rule of law" in middle school is the inherent requirement of carrying out the education policy of juvenile rule of law put forward by the Party and the state.From the origin of western and chinese rule of law ideology and its practice of rule of law,the basic connotation of the concept of rule of law in the new era can be summarized as four aspects: the supremacy of constitutional law,the people as the center,the good law and the rule of law.These contents are reflected in the teaching materials of Morality And Rule of Law in the junior middle school.Junior middle school ideological and political teachers should pay attention to grasp the basic connotation of the concept of rule of law in the new era and integrate it into the course teaching.However,from the investigation,there are some problems in teaching morality and rule of law.There is a teaching idea that emphasizes duty rather than right.Teaching contents emphasizes knowledge rather than accomplishment.Teaching mode emphasizes classroom rather than practice.Teaching methods emphasize teaching over interaction.Teaching evaluation emphasizes results over processes.These problems seriously hinder the integration of rule of law concept education in lower secondary education,so that moral and rule of law curriculum teaching from ideological education into the quagmire of examination-oriented education.Therefore,we should carry out the comprehensive reform of teaching from the following aspects,and strengthen the education of the concept of rule of law in the teaching of moral and rule of law in junior high school.First,the moral and rule of law course in junior high school should return to ideological education with humanistic accomplishment as the core.Second,teachers should clarify the concept of rule of law behind legal phenomena by means of problem design,material selection and cooperative inquiry.Third,explore the social innovation of teaching mode.For example,through the cooperation of schools and places to build a cultural practice base of rule of law,through the activation of social resources to participate in school rule of law education,through the use of network media to enrich the tools of rule of law education.Fourth,pay attention to the experiential reform of teaching methods.Take the student as the center,let the studentfeel the rule of law around,and enhance the student's experience and understanding of the rule of law.Let students participate in the process of rule of law and show the harvest of experience.Fifth,reform the way of teaching effect evaluation.The peacetime results are brought into the assessment and evaluation system,and the evaluation results are changed from grade to grade.The combination of teacher evaluation and student evaluation is adopted to pay attention to the comprehensive and accurate evaluation of students' learning process.
