Since the 18 th National Congress,the concept of "governing the country by law" has gradually entered people's vision.Today,when everyone understands the law and all people abide by the law,middle school students have always been one of the key educational objects in the work of popularizing the law in our country.The high school students' awareness of the rule of law is related to the future of our country's overall rule of law.At present,our country has made some achievements in popularizing the legal knowledge of middle school students.Nowadays,the concept of rule of law of middle school students in our country has been greatly improved,but it can not be denied that there are still many problems in the process of educating middle school students on the rule of law,and the goal of rule of law education has not been fully reflected.In the main position of education,the course of morality and rule of law plays an important role,and the proper use of teaching methods will also increase the effect of rule of law education.In order to strengthen the rule of law education in moral and rule of law teaching in junior high school,this paper investigates the present situation of thematic teaching methods of rule of law education in some schools,probes into its existing problems,and puts forward corresponding countermeasures,which will help to improve the awareness of rule of law among middle school students.This paper is divided into four parts.Each part is summarized as follows:Firstly,it introduces the theme of rule of law education in moral and rule of law curriculum system,including the meaning of rule of law education and legal education,and the dialectical relationship between them.This paper briefly introduces the connotation and characteristics of moral and rule of law education,and obtains the relevant characteristics of moral and rule of law education.Finally,it systematically discusses the connotation and characteristics of thematic teaching methods.The necessity and feasibility of applying themed teaching methods in moral and rule of law education,the necessity of applying themed teaching methods in moral and rule of law education is the significance of thematic teaching.At the same time,it can also be said that it is the main role of themed teaching.The feasibility of developing themed teaching is the favorable condition.It is precisely because of these favorable conditions that the education of rule of law in moral and rule of law courses can be carried out.And there is the possibility of continuous research and innovation.First of all,according to the investigation and research of two junior middle schools in H City of Hubei Province,this paper analyzes the current situation of the subject teaching method of moral and rule of law education.That is,the thematic teaching method has been attached importance to by some schools and has achieved initial results in the process of using themed teaching method.Secondly,it analyzes the problems existing in the thematic teaching method of some middle schools in H City.Although some achievements have been made in themed teaching,there are still many problems,mainly from three aspects: teaching goal,teachers' teaching ability and teaching effect.Finally,according to the causes of the problems,mainly from the social understanding,school teaching concepts,teachers and students themselves four aspects to explore.In the fourth part,aiming at the existing problems of thematic teaching in moral and rule of law education,it is an effective strategy to improve the teaching effect.This part is also the key part of the full text.In my opinion,we should focus on three aspects: the transformation and renewal of school teaching concept,the cultivation of teachers' professional accomplishment and the sublimation of themed teaching methods,among which,If we want to improve the teaching effect of themed teaching method in rule of law education,we need the resultant force of all aspects,but in the course of teaching implementation,teachers should act as a qualified organizer and guide.Make the teaching content more close to the reality of students' life.
