Research On The Cultivation Of College Students' Legal Thinking

The rule of law thinking is based on the value of the rule of law and the spirit of the rule of law,and a mode of thinking that uses legal principles,legal rules,and legal methods to think about and deal with problems.It mainly includes legal supremacy,power restriction,fairness and justice,human rights protection,and due process.Under the background of comprehensively governing the country according to law,as an important force for the country's future construction,the cultivation of the rule of law for university students is related to the advancement of universities by law and the construction of the country under the rule of law.In recent years,colleges and universities have transformed the cultivation of legal education for undergraduates from legal knowledge to legal consciousness,which has promoted the cultivation of university students' legal thinking.However,there are still some phenomenon that university students have weak awareness of the rule of law and weak belief in the rule of law.Therefore,it is an inevitable requirement for the development of the country and society to strengthen the cultivation of the legal thinking of university students.This article consists of six parts: The first part discusses the significance of this study,research status at home and abroad,as well as research methods and innovations.The second part is mainly to define the concepts related to the rule of law and the rule of law thinking,clarify the meaning,characteristics and content of the rule of law thinking,and explain the significance of cultivating the rule of law thinking of college students from the four aspects of college students themselves,universities,countries and socialist core values.In the third part,through the interview results of five college students and the data analysis of relevant departments,we reviewed the work of colleges and universities on the development of the legal thinking of college students,and got the achievements of the cultivation of the legal thinking of college students and the problems existing in the cultivation of the legal thinking of college students.The fourth part analyzes the existing problems based on the status analysis,including the deviation of ideas in the cultivation of the rule of law,the shortage of teachers for the cultivation of the rule of law,the thin of the cultivation content of the rule of law,the monotony of the cultivation method of the rule of law,and the poor of the cultivation environment of the rule of law.The fifth part puts forward the countermeasures to strengthenthe cultivation of university students' legal thinking from the following aspects: increase the cultivation of the rule of law thinking,improve the level of teacher education in the rule of law education,enrich the teaching content of the rule of law education,improve the way of cultivating the rule of law thinking,and optimize the environment for the cultivation of the rule of law thinking.The sixth part concludes.
