The evaluation of primary and secondary school teachers is one of the important means to promote the professional development of teachers.It is also an important way to improve the teachers' management and to promote the development of school education and teaching.There are many conflicts in the process of teacher evaluation,but the conflict in the process of teacher evaluation has not been paid much attention.Teachers' evaluation work needs to be improved.This paper analyzes the present situation of conflict in the evaluation of primary and secondary school teachers from the present situation reflected in the questionnaire survey.To find out the problem,and combined with the current status of the development of teachers in primary and secondary schools,then to put forward targeted recommendations to deal with conflicts.It is hoped that this study can adjust the current situation of teachers' evaluation,improve the management of teachers in primary and secondary schools and improve the quality of primary and secondary school teachers.The main contents of this paper include four parts:First,the introduction part explains the reasons of choosing the topic,and studies and summarizes the relevant research results at home and abroad in the past.At the same time,the purpose of this study is defined,and the research methods,and the technical route of the research is designed.Second,it explains the related concepts and theories,including teacher evaluation and conflict theory.And the conflict theory is explained in detail.It includes the necessity of explaining the theory of conflict management in primary and secondary school teachers' evaluation and management,as well as the premise,starting point,motive force,means and purpose of conflict management.Third,the investigation and analysis of teachers' evaluation management in primary and secondary schools from the perspective of conflict theory.Depth analysis of the data obtained from the questionnaire,summed up the current situation of the evaluation of primary and secondary school teachers' management,that is,summed up some current conflicts.Fourth,based on the above analysis,and under the guidance of the conflict theory,this paper puts forward some suggestions for improvement.
