In this study, some middle school teachers in Anshun City of Guiyang City were selected as subjects.A total of 892 questionnaires were distributed in this survey.Eight invalid questionnaires were excluded and 793 valid questionnaires were valid, with a recovery rate of 88.90%.By using the method of literature analysis, this paper systematically combs the theoretical parts involved in this thesis, summarizes the existing research results in the fields of core self-evaluation,work and family conflict, professional mission and work input, explores the possible relationship between variables and variables, and finds sufficient theoretical support for this association. On the basis of literature analysis and discussion,This paper makes a comprehensive analysis of the meaning of core self-evaluation,professional mission, working family conflict and work input, analyzes the relationship between variables and due variables one by one,and makes hypothesis extrapolation, and puts forward the theoretical support model of this study. This paper uses SPSS20.0 and other software to analyze the questionnaire, mainly using human variable factor analysis, correlation analysis,t test, regression analysis on the effect between variables, predictive effect, intermediary effect to make a hypothesis test. The following conclusions can be drawn from the study: 1.There are significant gender differences in middle school teachers' work-family conflict, but no significant gender differences in core self-evaluation,career mission and work engagement.2.Middle school teachers' core self-evaluation,professional mission and work engagement have significant differences in marital status, while there is no significant difference in work-family conflict.3.There are significant differences in core self-evaluation,career mission,work-family conflict and work engagement among middle school teachers of different teaching ages.4.Middle school teachers' core self-evaluation is negatively correlated with work-family conflict;core self-evaluation is positively correlated with career mission and work engagement;work-family conflict is negatively correlated with career mission;work-family conflict is not significantly correlated with work engagement;career mission and work engagement are moderately correlated.Positive correlation.5.Middle school teachers' core self-evaluation and professional mission have significant positive predictive effect on job engagement, while work-family conflict has negative predictive effect on job engagement, but not significant.6.Vocational mission and work-family conflict play multiple mediating roles between core self-evaluation and work engagement.
