Teacher-student relationship is the most important relationship in teaching,which is related to the development of the teaching and the education.In recent years,teacher-student relationship often shows something discordant.There are many conflicts between teachers and students.For example,some conflicts from cold war to the quarrel and even physical conflict.This situation seriously affected the health of the education.The physical and mental health of them have brought a great threat,but also hinder the smooth progress of the teaching.Many scholars have explored the contradictions of teachers and students from many aspects,trying to alleviate the conflict between teachers and students,rebuilding healthy and harmonious relationship between teachers and students,the perspective is from education to psychology,sociology,culture and so on,many of the perspective of the teacher-students conflict broaden the horizons for my own research,and at the same time so that we can get more thinkings from the conflict between teachers and students.Functionalist school is a very important theoretical school in sociology,in the analysis of society,the bias in the community in accordance with the overall and part of the relationship between the analysis,in the social harmony and stability is emphasized between the various parts of society Consensus,that is,the greater the consensus of each part,the more harmonious society as a whole.Similarly,the functionalist school also used it in the treatment of education,the functionalist school also used the whole and part of the relationship between the perspective of education as a whole and then analysis of education,this perspective on my study of teachers and students with the conflict zone to the revelation,that is,teachers and students can also be seen as a whole,and the harmony between teachers and students,whether mainly depends on the existence of a consensus between them.Therefore,on the basis of the functionalist perspective of the functionalist school,the author studies the conflict between teachers and students,mainly adopts the m ethods of literature analysis,historical comparison,observation and other research methods to study the conflict between teachers and students.We regard the relationship between teachers and students as a whole.Under it,the most important parts are the teachers and students.The fundamental reason for the conflict between them lies in the relationship between teachers and students.The lack of consensus on some important educational issues,and the serious analysis of the lack of consensus and the reason is to ease the conflict between teachers and students an important part of the conflict.Through the literature research and case observation,the teachers and students the most important consensus is divided into three,one is to maintain the ideal of education consensus;the second is to maintain the role of teachers and students of the consensus;the third is to maintain the interaction between teachers and students consensus.On the reality of the situation,these three major consensus have been broken,and for several aspects of its fracture,the key of repairing the consensus and ease the conflict between teachers and students as follows.First,thinking about the ideal of education,second,is reconstructing the authority of teachers,Third,examining the students' subject position.On the basis of this key point,I put forward the following practical strategies to rebuild the consensus,the first is to clear public opinion,the second is to establish the rules for the students,the third is paying attention on the dialogue and communication.Based on this,the following four parts are designed:The first part: Introduction,mainly introduces the background significance of the topic,the research situation at home and abroad,the purpose of the study,the ideas and content of the research,the method of research and so on.The second part: the definition of the relative concept,but also will briefly describe the functional theory and connotation,to explore the functional theory of conflict and the meaning of conflict between teachers and students.The third part: the use of functional perspective analysis of education caused by the conflict between teachers and students of the three major consensus of the break,and then described the conflict of teachers and students under the performance of the conflict.The fourth part: Proposing the corresponding theory and practice strategy for the source of teacher-student conflict caused by consensus fault.
