This article USES the literature material method,logic analysis,mathematical statistics method,experiment test,the test method,the selection of eight test evaluation index,the 12 players are divided into two groups,experimental group and control group,the 12 weeks of functional fitness training intervention,respectively in the 12 weeks of training before and after 12 weeks of training,testing eight indexes,and the data summary analysis.Through research and analysis of the full text,draw the following conclusion:1 This article determines the FMS testing,standing long jump,15 seconds,10 seconds into the article,rubber,high turn over,pull-ups,six of eight measures of test is suitable for evaluation the judo athletes level of physical fitness.2 The function of the 12 weeks training intervention makes athletes in sensitivity,explosive force,specific strength,speed,endurance,strength,endurance has made significant progress.3 12 weeks of FMS score function training intervention make athletes have obvious improvement.This research through the analysis of the training effect,it is concluded that the research results provide the reference for the athletes,coaches and scientific researchers,convenient manager to make the adjustment of the training plan,select more effective training method and content,to achieve better training effect;For the team to carry out the winter training of physical training and preparation for the national games in 2017 to provide the reference and the safeguard;At the same time,the results of this study can also enrich women's judo physical training system,and provide reference and reference for projectantagonism physical training.
