Based on the characteristics of the physical and mental development of adolescents,combined with the characteristics of swimming events,this research introduces the action content of functional training to the group of young swimmers,and through the scientific process design and practice of functional action training.Explore the effects of functional training methods on young swimmers’ special qualities and sports performance,and provide a theoretical and practical basis for better improving young swimmers’ sports performance and sustainable development.This article takes the effect of functional training on the athletic performance of young swimmers aged 13-17 as the research object.Using literature data method,expert interview method,experimental method and mathematical statistics method,the data collection and analysis of the results of functional training on the performance of young swimmers are used to explore the effects of functional training and traditional training methods on swimming in the adolescent stage.The difference in the influence of athletes’ performance is aimed at providing new ideas for improving the scientific training of young swimmers.The experiment randomly selected 20 young swimmers,and on the basis of controlling the related variables that may affect the experiment,the experimental group athletes were subjected to experimental interventions for eight weeks,three times a week.The SPSS statistical method was used to analyze and compare the FMS(Functional Sports Screening Test)test results of the two groups of athletes before and after the experiment,as well as the land and water special results.The experimental results are as follows:(1)The functional training method used in the experimental group was significantly better than the traditional training control group(P<0.05)in the land-based special test,indicating that the subjects had achieved upper limb strength(2)and shoulder flexibility and coordination.Significant improvement;standing long jump,pull-ups,and sit-ups have improved performance in both groups,but the increase in the experimental group is slightly higher than that in the control group.(2)In the water special quality performance,the results of the stroke effect showed that the results of the 50-meter crawl stroke and stroke range of the experimental group were significantly better than those of the control group(P<0.05),but there were differences between the two groups before and after the stroke frequency Not big.(3)In the water special quality performance,the results of the main item showed that the backstroke performance of the experimental group improved significantly before and after the experiment(P<0.05);but the increase of the butterfly and breaststroke performances of the experimental group was slightly lower than that of the control group.(4)In the FMS test,the functional training used in the experimental group was better than the control group(P<0.05)in the FMS test,the test results of overhead squat,hurdle step,straight lunge,shoulder flexibility,and trunk rotation stability were better than those of the control group(P<0.05).There is no significant difference between the two groups of straight knee lift and trunk stability push-ups(P>0.05),indicating that athletes in the experimental group have strengthened their own control of muscle strength and the flexibility of the body to complete movements through functional training.Improve the accuracy of the completion of the action.Conclusions and recommendations:(1)According to the experimental results after eight weeks,it can be seen that functional training has an important The specific quality of mobilization and sports performance have a relatively significant effect,but the degree of influence on different swimming styles is different,and some test results are even slightly inadequate compared with traditional training methods.Therefore,functional training and traditional training methods should not be independent individuals,and the two should be in a complementary relationship.(2)Functional training does provide new elements for the training content and plan formulation of young swimmers.The unique training movements and the use of novel training equipment have created interest and enthusiasm for young swimmers.(3)The functional movement screening test included in functional training can better understand the different movement ability levels of young athletes,so as to prevent injury risks before they occur.Regular testing can more effectively protect the athletes’ sports status and better Long sports career. |
