Functional training was initially used as a means of recovery in the field of sports rehabilitation,According to the injured condition of the patients, the rehabilitation teacher designed specific exercises to shorten the rehabilitation time of the patients. After the validation, functional training is introduced into the field of competitive sports.Functional training can optimize the training process, improve the training effect, promote the regeneration and recovery of the body, prevent sports injury and prolong the sports career.Based on many characteristics of functional training, this study introduces it into college entrance examination sports training, aiming to correct students' bad movement mode, strengthen students' functional sports ability, improve the training effect, and provide reference for future college entrance examination sports training. In this paper, the literature review method, survey by questionnaire, expert interview method, logical analysis, experimental method, and mathematical statistics are used to study the influence of functional training on the performances of examinees for college entrance PE examination.A total of 40 male PE examinees in the Senior Grade One of Puding County No.1 Middle School,Guizhou Province, were selected as the experimental subjects. In the 16-week experiment, the experimental group received regular physical training and functional training, while the control group received regular physical training. Before the experiment,a statistical analysis was carried out on the formal measured data;and after the experiment,a comparative analysis was conducted on the formal measured data and the latter measured data. Results are as follows: 1.After the experiment, the two groups of students' skill evaluation scores were analyzed. It was found that there was a very significant difference between the two groups(P = 0.00);there was a very significant difference between the two groups(P = 0.00).2.After the experiment,a statistical analysis was made on the four scores data of the two groups of students respectively. It was found that there were significant differences between the two groups in the scores of the 100-meter run, shot put on the spot and standing triple jump, and the improvement of the experiment group's performances in the three projects was obviously better than that of the control group.3.There was significant difference in the scores of the control group before and after rotation stability(P = 0.02),the other six items did not exist(P > 0.05);there was no significant difference in the scores of the experimental group before and after stable push ups(P = 0.08),the other six items existed(P < 0.05).There were three significant differences(P = 0.00),three significant differences(P < 0.05)and one non significant difference(P = 0.06)between the control group and the experimental group before and after the functional screening.4.According to the statistics of the number of sports injuries in the two groups, four students in the control group and one in the experimental group were found to have sports injuries. In conclusion: 1.Compared with the traditional routine training course, the routine training course with functional training can significantly improve the skill evaluation results of students' in-situ shot put and standing triple jump.2.Compared with the traditional routine training course, the routine training course with increased functional training can significantly improve students' performance in 100 m,shot put in situ and standing triple jump.3.Functional training can effectively improve the stability, balance and flexibility of the physical college entrance examination students, enhance the control ability of nerve to muscle, and reduce the probability of sports injury.
