Research On The Equalization Of Urban And Rural Sports Public Services In Taixing City

More than 30 years,our country has made remarkable achievements.But because our country long-term adherence to the priority to efficiency and due consideration to fairness principle,the distribution of the ignore share the achievements of social development concept,the existence of the dual structure between urban and rural areas,due to unequal area during this period and unequal between urban and rural areas and social class unequal phenomenon is outstanding,the serious problem of social injustice.Gap is too big,due to historical and political system reform in our country,the economic system reform is far from complete,the operating mechanism of sports equalization of public service,and not really established,our country urban and rural sports public service supply of the non-uniform phenomenon is very prominent.Compared with cities,the number of rural sports public service significantly less,less species,quality is poor.Although after a farmer sports fitness project sports interests compensation,such as the rapid development of rural sports public service,however,the compensation scope is limited,there are still a lot of sports public services in rural areas is in a state of a low level.The current people's understanding of sports has been from the past win honor for our country national honor targets,to pay attention to health and man's all-round development diversified target transformation,for the government's sports public service is becoming more and more demanding.How to adapt to modern social public to the government's new request,to provide higher quality of sports public services to the public,has become a new sports government departments at all levels in our country face the important issue.In taixing city as the study area,the current situation of the development of the sports public services in taixing city field research,through the investigation and analysis of taixing city problems in the process of sports public service is analyzed,and puts forward the development path.The author believes that sports equalization of pulblic service from optimization,the relationship between government and market should focus on further regulating the urban and rural sports public service resource allocation and improve the system of relevant laws and regulations from three aspects to improve.
