The Research On The Status Of Equalization Analysis Of Public Sports Service In Ganzhou City And The Evaluation Index System Construction

With the continuous improvement of people's living standards,the basic public sports service is more and more high.The equalization of public sports service is a hot topic in recent years in academia.This article mainly through literature,expert interviews,questionnaires and other methods,the status quo of equalization of public sports service Ganzhou city is analyzed,in order to equalization problems between each area of public sports service in Ganzhou City,set up the index system of public sports service equalization,and prove the rationality of the evaluation index system.The main results are as follows:(1)The development of sports in Ganzhou has made some achievements,in the foundation of sports funding,site construction,public fitness activities,have a certain scale of development of scientific fitness guidance.In the service of public sports problems are: the basis of the number of venues are regional imbalance,public service organization is not perfect,sports instructor the society of urban and rural differences,sports activities in the number and size of significant gap between urban and rural areas,shortage of sports funds.(2)The national field census every 10 years,in the national census site in 2013,Jiangxi Province,Ganzhou City area per site ranking,ranking centered.The per capita amount of investment per capita in Ganzhou public sports service investment lower than the average level of Jiangxi province and the country's public sports service facilities.Not perfect,and the opening degree is low.At present,the number of social sports instructors to reach the national standard,the distribution of the various districts is not balanced.(3)The establishment of public sports service equalization index system is conducive to comparative analysis between regions.This method,established in accordance with the principles of the index system,program,and using the Delphi method,through expert questionnaire,26 indicators of primary screening,the final construction of the equalization of public sports service evaluation index system.Of which: 4 first level indicators,two indicators 15.Using AHP to determine the weights of indicators.The weights of the four level indexes are: funding facilities 0.5579,0.2633,0.0569 personnel allocation,service effect 0.1219.(4)To test the constructed evaluation index system of objectivity and rationality of evaluation experts.The results showed that the index system is relatively reasonable,the weight coefficient is objective integrity index system is better,the overall evaluation of the index system is satisfactory,indicating that the index system can be used to study the equalization of public sports service in Jiangxi province the city of Ganzhou.
